I have been their customer for almost 20 years...This last year was tough for everyone and I know they had labor issues like everyone else, but they are still an awesome company they have always been. Still miles ahead of others. Very happy with them.
WARNING!!!!! DO NOT EXCEPT SHIPMENTS TO THIS PLACE!!!! Horrible shipping and receiving department. Extremely chaotic, unprofessional, and rude. Especially the shipping manager Matt. They refused to unload me and rescheduled my load to be unloaded in 5 days even though I was on time. Luckily I had an exceptional broker that rerouted the load and had me deliver it to a warehouse. WARNING!!!!! DO NOT EXCEPT SHIPMENTS TO THIS PLACE!!!!
On the whole my experience at FRFS is extremely hit or miss when it comes to getting good quality flowers and supplies in a timely manner. When i go in to get my orders there is a lack of attentiveness and concern for my time and money. I can wait up to 30 mins to receive my order that was placed days in advance. The fresh cut flower department has gone so downhill it is actually a shame. However, The green house is the shining star of the building. The guys in there always have my product ready to walk out the door before my invoice is even ready. the plants always look great even when its too hot to shop in there. Kudos to Dave, Sean and the guys in there for always making sure the plants are always beautiful.
Currently going through the same situation as another review. I am a new customer, completed online application and submitted all necessary paperwork three weeks ago - I have called, emailed, and tried to get a response so that I could place and order and was told that one person is in charge of approving applications and he'll get around to it when he can. I asked if there is a way to expedite since it has been three weeks, was told no. Called again a week later was put through to voicemail - now 48 hours later, still no return call. They do not seem to want new business - so, my business will be taken elsewhere.
Absolutely deplorable! Stay far far away! Go to Carbone’s in Cranston, Silva’s, Or Kelleys, there you will be greeted by friendly faces who treat customers well and know what customer service is. Go to FRFS if your looking for dead flowers, awful customer service, rude employees who seem miserable, and want a head ache for fun.

Horrible customer service! Called to get pricing was told to open an account, so i call back to open an account, spoke to the operator who then transferred me to someone else all to be told to fill out the application online a waste of time and being transferred if the operator would have told me to do the application online. Not to mention you’re not greeted at all by these people.
