Fallas

Visited this place on Saturday night. I arrived 10 mins before closing. My daughter had an event early Sunday morning and I needed a white shirt. Since it was close to closing, I didn't even park first, I had my sis and my daughter run in to grab the shirt real quick. By the time I parked and got to the door I walked up to see an employee locking the door, while the other yelled at me that they were close. I explained that my kid was already in the store. She reluctantly opened the door, all this time face "screwed " up. The 2 employees proceeded to behave in the most rude, unprofessional, ratchet kinda way smh. Walked up to the cashier and she also had her face "screwed" up. I will NOT be shopping here ever again and I will be sure to tell all my friends and family to stay away from this place. Management needs to invest in some customer service classes for these ppl.

DONT understand how is it that a store this BIG that Makes all this MONEY.. don't have a public restroom.. I Had to drive 2 min away to use a public restroom.. In my personal OPINION they would just get a 0 star Report. But o had to choose atlease One.. it's SAD. To the owner of FALLAS it would be convenient to have a restroom..

Poor customer service. Walked in and could not even tell an employee from a customer, probably because they were just having a phone conversation instead of greeting and being concerned with who's in the store but other than that props to management who is slowly getting the place together it's usually an out of control mess when I go here.

The store manger just told me to hustle customer out of forty dollar in order to get my refund back. Wow!!!!

I'm sure going to miss this store
