I have been going to Scott Falls for over 30 years now. He is understanding and kind hearted. He, and his staff, give you all of the options, and prices, and you decide what, and what not, to do. No pushing expensive treatments, or shots, that your pet does not need, or that won't change the outcome. Best veterinarian ever! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I initially went here and was pleased with my visit yet a little thrown off by the plan of action. However in the recent days have changed my mind. I went to this vet because my dog was limping on and off. Our normal vet could not get us in and that is why I came here. I was clear from my initial call she had been limping. Once I got there I had told them I did lapse in giving tick medicine. So the doctor ran the test to make sure that wasn’t what was going on. Test came back negative but she wanted to go ahead and still treat it as that. I went home and was told to call if no change in a few weeks to come back. Fast forward a month or so and my dog took a turn for the worst and could no longer bare weight on her leg. I called that morning to say this and I wanted X-rays. I was completely caught off guard when I was told they do not do them there. From my initial visit when I said my dog was limping I thought that would have been told to me. I am glad my dog got tick tested bc I did lapse but for the results to come back negative and they still push that seems like a money grab now that I know they do not do X-rays. I ended up getting into another vet who did have X-rays and found out that my dog has bone cancer. I had Falls send this clinic the test they did originally before going so they had all records. I called Falls today to get them sent to another doctor because we are now going to a specialist. The receptionist was rude. I had asked if I had annoyed her because of her tone with me. She then put me on hold and said she had emailed them again to me. When I told her it was needing to go to another email address she then began to laugh. If I would have known from my first visit that this vet does not do X-rays I would Have probably never gone there. I wasted money and valuable time that my dog does not have right now. The receptionist needs to learn customer service and how to treat people. I will not be back.
Great vet clinic. Dr. Falls and his staff are the best. They go the extra mile to care for your pet. You know you're in great hands.
What can I say, putting a pet down is never a pleasant experience but Dr Falls and his team made it easier. They were so kind and were able to get us in quickly even though we had never been there before. They were not only patient and kind, but they really showed that they cared and understood that it was a difficult situation. We had my cat cremated and just received her ashes back in a beautiful little urn with angel wings and her name, something I really did not expect to receive back in anything but a plain white box wrapped in plastic like the other vets I have been to. They even made the clay pawprint more beautiful than any other vet office too. Dr Falls and his team are amazing and I will be transferring my other pets to his practice so that we hopefully won't need to go through that experience again for a long time, but when we do, I know it will be easier thanks to him and his team. Falls is the best vet, I remember taking our dogs to him when I was younger and now that I have pets as an adult I have gone to a few other places and wasn't impressed. This is our forever vet
Dr.Falls is an awesome doctor that truly makes you feel like he cares. He even personally walked my dog food out to my car without me asking! Very trustworthy and kind! BTW-My dog isn't acting sick once she sees Dr.Falls! Lol! Probably because he has treats!!!
The visit was great, staff was very friendly and the service was great. Went above and beyond. Definitely will return for visits.
We went to Falls even though they weren't our regular vet to get our dog fixed. I was super impressed, not only because of their friendliness, but they were considerably less than all the other vets I called. When the procedure was over they gave clear and concise follow up instruction And called to see if he was feeling good. I will definitely be back and will probably be making this our new vet.
Most of the staff are kind and friendly. One particular vet tech was extremely rude and threw a tantrum because I caught her in a lie over a fecal matter test that was discussed including vaccines for my puppy. I brought in the fecal matter for the test and my puppy received his vaccines. I was told over the phone all of it would be around $40. Our bill was $67. We didn't have that money and she acted like a 5 year old throwing a fit and rudely said "I'll pay for it" I never asked her too and didn't expect her too. Her rude attitude made it clear it wouldn't be out of kindness anyway.
All of our animals love going here. The staff is very kind and helpful. Dr Falls & Dr Bruening are the best.
