This has been the best experience I and my children have ever had at the dentist! My daughter had been traumatized at a previous dentist when they pulled two teeth without numbing. She was absolutely terrified of the dentist. Dr. Chan is so gentle and caring, making sure you are completely comfortable and the procedure is painless. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. My daughter loved it and couldn’t wait to go back! Our smiles are brighter and our teeth are cleaner. Thank you Dr. Chan!
Affordable, friendly, professional dental services. Dr. Chan's office always makes me feel welcomed and comfortable with each visit. Highly recommended.
If I could give 0, I would. Regular cleaning is ok here. But Dr Chen didn’t fix my problem but caused my serious teeth problem. He filled my cavity cause my terrible pain, the pain also made my brain pain. I went there for the pain. He even didn’t find out the problem but just gave me some antibiotics. Since the antibiotics didn’t works. I went to another dentist, she told me the fill touch my nerve in my teeth and press the nerve. Dr Chen did a bad job for the cavity filling and he even didn’t found the problem he did. Maybe he just didn’t want to be honest to tell me his fault.
My wife and I have been a patient of Dr. Chan for over 4 years now. He and his staff are very professional and super accommodative. I had a crown come off over the weekend. I was brought in ASAP when I reached out to his staff. Dr. Chan is very thorough in his diagnosis. He will try his best to save the tooth, but at the same time excellent advice on value preposition i.e. the best option for the $ spent. We are very grateful that Dr. Chan is practicing in our area and a big shout out to his staff.
My first of many visits to come was great. Dr. Chan was very informative, and Dayna the office manager was knowledgeable of my dental benefits and took the time to answer all of my additional questions. The front office staff member was pleasant as well. The dental assistant calm demeanor helped with the decrease of my anxiety. The dental office was clean. I have been looking for a dentist to establish continuity and I do believe I have found what I was looking for. I do recommend a visit for your dental needs.
Dr. Chan is the best dentist. All of us love him. He has a conservative approach to dental care which we have confirmed over and over again. Every time we have needed to have dental work done elsewhere, we have regretted it. He will never rush unnecessary work or lead you astray. We love and trust him fully.
I've been a patient of Dr. Chan for the past 6 years & experience nothing but the Best from the Dr. & Staff. Dr. Chan is Very caring & take time to explain all that will be and happening during procedures . I am 65 years old & always have prayed with admiration the special attention he shows in dealing with the elders. I have seen Many Dentist throughout my life, but Truly I can say none of my experiences have come close to Dr. Chan. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. P. T. W . Humble ,Tx.
Love my new smile!!!! The crowns look natural.... all 11!!!! Painless experience, normally the shot's you get at the front of your mouth you can feel all the way up your nose. But I did not experience that at all. Truly happy with the wonderful care. You'll love the friendly caring Dentist & staff!!
If everyone had had a Dr. Chan for a dentist as a child we would have no adults with fear of dentist issues. He is very gentle with both children and adults.
Dr. Chan is a great, caring dentist. I would recommend him to anyone, but especially to those who are nervous when going to the dentist.
