Worst place ever !!! They like to pull teeth they don’t like to save your teeth ! Me and my family came here went for a tooth ache she started working on teeth that don’t need attention and didn’t listen to my concerns now I got fillings that came out front teeth she messed me up ! They are all about the money the more they charge the better !! Please don’t go here it’s terrible !!! Permanent fillings lasted less than a year !! Going to file a formal complaint to the board they need to close down !!! I haven’t went back to fox because am afraid they will mess me up even more !! So afraid

Took my elderly mother to BV Dental last year for dental issues after she had seen another dentist in San Jose three times before with no relief. The BV Dental team was awesome. They diagnosed her dental issues she had many in the very first visit, and addressed them immediately, and with such finesse that my mother did not even feel the procedure being done she was very happy and relieved that there was no pain during the procedure, unlike the last place she used to go to. Thank you BV Dental!

It may be 5 years ago or longer since they did a root canal and crown. Not the doctor, but her assistant placed the crown. She struggled as she tried to pull it out again because she did not placed it correctly while throwing the word "$h!t" around. She even HIT the other tooth with a pliers looking instrument while pulling out the incorrectly placed crown. She managed to put it on finally. That day, when I flossed, my floss kept breaking and food kept getting stuck in between my teeth. I had them check it out for me. She said it's getting caught ii the next tooth because it had a little chip. I told her, the chip wasn't there before, and that it may be from what happened when installing the crown? She said no. Until now, I'm still struggling with food getting trap there and flossing like crazy. No one should go through this, where you pay them more than $1500, then they break a tooth, and they don't take responsibility for it.. My conclusion:. They only want your money

Save yourself time and money and do not go here. All they do is add appointments to make more money. So glad I changed dentist
