Family Care Saint Albans

I would recommend my dearest friends and family to get in with family care Saint Albans, WV at the Loop! Fantastic doctors and nurses and staff! The best and I would know I’ve been in and out of the hospital more times than I can count in the past few years. Lisa Kelly and her nurse are in my opinion the best. Without Lisa Kelly I wouldn’t be alive and that’s the truth!

If I was able to rate this a 0 I absolutely would! We walked into the st Albans location yesterday 05/07/2024 at roughly 6:10-6:15. Upon walking in there was one patient in the waiting area that had just handed the receptionist the tablet his paperwork as we stood at the window. My son had injured his pinky on his right hand at school and it had swollen and started bruising causing him alot of pain so considering we only live a couple blocks away I called to ensure they were able to perform x-rays there before going there. As standing at the front window the receptionist said she had to to ensure the Dr could see us as they had “been busy but thankfully had slowed down.” The receptionist came back to tell us the Dr wasn’t able to see us even though they didn’t close until 7pm!!! Making the comment we could come back tomorrow if we would like! I am absolutely infuriated we had to drive to another urgent care and didn’t make it there until 6:30-6:40 and never once with NUMEROUS people in their waiting area did they turn us away in which we found out my son has a fracture and has to follow up with a referral to plastics!!! PLEASE explain to me the logic of turning someone away an entire 45 mins before you are “supposed” to lock your doors!!! Also going to note this picture is of his pinky finger this morning after a series of ibuprofen, ice and being wrapped up with what the urgent care put on. One FURIOUS mother here to say the least!

I saw PA Erica Frye last week & was very pleased with my visit. Ms. Frye listened to my concerns about a tick bite & prescribed antibiotics as a precaution. I would be comfortable seeing Ms. Frye if I need to visit the St. Albans location again.

Our experience would have given a 5 star review if it was based on location, front office and drs. The phone staff which I do not believe is out of the local office is a bit of a mess, billing is another mess. From what I understand it may be due to some type of administrative change.

Absolutely fantastic doctor and staff! Very compassionate and thorough with prompt attention and minimal wait time. The BEST hands down!

They're losing all the good Dr's cause none of the higher ups appreciate the good ones, like Dr. Lisa Kelly.. I'm losing my dr cause of you clowns. Also your so called call center is one hell of a horrible joke, as well as being a huge bunch of liars!!!!

Dr Patel is an amazing doctor. Listened to me & he’s actually getting my health back on track. Best doctor ever!!

Very professional, courteous and took care of me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend for quick care needs

when u call into get to talk to someone in office u talk to answering machine and they will not send the messages to them at office or transfer u they tell u they can't Lisa Kelly is a great doctor

Just goes to show you that you can pay your taxes , be a good mom, be a registered nursing student, have no criminal record whatsoever, do everything by the book and still be discriminated against due to the color of your skin. Family Care in Saint Albans is nothing but racist lunatics on a high horse. I was humiliated by the nurse manager in front of an entire waiting room for absolutely no reason. I was also harassed and yelled at by someone who is in charge of this facility. Was threatened and mocked. All while seeking care for having issues with my ovaries. This place would let you die if you are anything but WHITE. Nothing but racism at its finest.
