Dr..Roman, Nurse Brittany and his staff are amazing!!! Very clean, they are prompt they actually see you at your appointment time! So glad I found this place for my husband thank you!!

Really wanted to love this place. I’m a new patient, new to Ocala, I’ve had one visit. I was pleased with how the visit went but it pretty much ends there. We were going to schedule my next appt pending lab results. Results came in the next day, they were out of the normal range so I sent the provider a message asking that we set up that appt. Someone calls me at about 7pm and says “so you want to set up an appt or something” I said yes. She wasn’t able to schedule the appt and said someone would be calling me back. Never heard back. I called yesterday after a visit to urgent care, I told Katie about some worrisome symptoms I was having. She took down a lot of information and said medical staff would be calling me right back. Never heard back. I proceeded to the ER where they took great care of me. Communication is one of the most important factors when it comes to trusting someone with your health. It’s so easy to pick up a phone and call someone back that is clearly concerned something might be wrong. Sadly, I think I’m on the hunt for a new PCP. **Update** after calling three times and being assured medical staff would return my call within 24-48 hours, that never happened and were well passed that time frame.

Schedule your appointment with Dr Crespo for early morning or expect to wait 2-3 hours. Need your prescription refilled? You'll need to call every day for a week or he won't get around to it. Concerned about your elevated PSA? Get a second opinion, because he isn't.

I was ill and they got me in right away. Dr. Fusco is an excellent doctor that is willing to listen to your concerns. His assistants are also top notch. The whole office staff is very courteous and professional.

Great group of staff at this location! From reception, check in, check out and to the MA and my NP that is my Primary Care, I never dread coming in for my appointments. Friendly, caring, and attentive across the board. Once you check in, the appointments are never more than 15 minutes late. My NP is fabulous! She listens, is friendly and goes out of her way to find the best treatment options that I may need.

Dr. Roman and his staff are efficient, caring, and professional. The Medical Assistants are kind and everyone in the office takes time as needed to meet my needs. I am VERY happy with the care I receive and recommend this place to anyone needing primary care.

My visit with Dr. Roman was good as usual as was the nurse who did the preliminary information and front office staff. However, the blood draw from the new phlebotomist was the most painful one I have ever experienced. In past visits, I could barely feel the blood draw from the previous phlebotomist who has been with the practice for years. I will definitely think twice before having blood drawn here again.

Everyone in the office is fine. When your appointment is at 8 and you don’t get in the exam room till 9 there is a problem. I had other things to do that day which ran me close on time. The software they have switched to seems to be time consuming, my time is important to me as I am sure it is to the drs.

Felt rushed at the end. Visited dues to blood pressure concerns. Was prescribed beta blockers. I had questions I wanted to ask about alternatives and gain more of an understanding about the drug I was being prescribed and it’s potential side effects I subsequently learn afterwards there are many. When prescribing such a major drug the patient should have at least 10 mins to speak with the doctors and ask questions without being given the feeling your time is up. We were not talking about a common cold visit. Subsequently I have decided right or wrong not to take the drug until I have met with the Cardiologist.

I have been going to the same doctor since moving to Florida. I was not satisfied this visit. It’s been a few years since a visit due to Covid. I felt blood work should have been done. But instead he asked me to come back in 3 months for blood work. I’m almost 59 and no blood work since pre pandemic. I think that should have been a top priority.
