I am very impressed by this dental office. Updated, clean and professional. I am thankful for the professionalism and knowledge of this team. All of my dental needs were met by compassionate people. Thank you for making me feel like the only patient in the office. Highly recommended
The entire staff is legit. They are beyond friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and work very well with my kids, especially my toddlers. First impression is always important and they nailed it perfectly. Not only that, the place is so clean, bright, and smells really good. They have drinks available and get this, A GAME ROOM FULL OF ALL THE CLASSIC GAME MACHINES. Now that is way too cool! Lastly, the services provided for my kiddos were exquisitely performed and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone and everyone!
The hygienist and the doctor were great ladies, made me feel welcomed and comfortable as a new patient to the clinic, who is also pregnant. All in all it was a great, fast and loving experience considering it is the dentist. It was a fast check in process as well as fast leave.
Always a great experience! They are not only time efficient, but all of the staff are super friendly. The Doctors always take time to answer any questions I may have, and the hygienists educate me on the proper care for my children and myself. Highly recommend!
I would quite literally sell my soul to protect this dental office. I’m terrified of the dentist in general, & a few minutes in to my appt, I wasn’t nervous anymore. The staff? *chefs kiss* absolutely perfect. The dentist & her assistant? I would easily make them bridesmaids at my wedding. Kid friendly and family friendly safe environment. Care is excellent. So glad I found them first!!
I have been coming here for about a year. I think this was my second visit. Great place great people. However, and this could be my fault for changing my appointment time, I had a different dentist check me after the hygienist finished. At my last dentist it was always the same person and they knew what cavities I had, what I had been doing right or wrong from brushing etc. I prefer to see the same dentist so we can communicate better. Next time if I change my appointment, I'll know to ask.
Wow very professional, clean, and so nice. Brought my autistic son and myself to get our cleaning and check ups done. The ladies took us back and just did an amazing job. My son came out happy and couldn't stop talking about how lovely the ladies are. Thank you so much for making our visit memorable. Will be telling everyone about the wonderful job you all did. They are always so so patient with my kids! Especially my little one who still kicks and screams because she is afraid of the tools, no matter how much we comfort her. I really appreciate they they get the job done and don’t judge, and are very kind! So if you’re a parent of little ones I highly recommend this office. The games they have in the waiting area is also really nice :
What an AWESOME Dental Office!!! Each and everyone in this office were professional, kind, and friendly. Patti’s passion for her work showed in how she gave my grandmother her undivided attention and listened to everything my grandmother explained to her and came up with solutions to my grandmother’s situation. Dr. Marva came in and also gave us his undivided attention as well as his expertise to my grandmother’s situation and was not going to leave that room without making sure we understood everything as he had explained. It’s so refreshing to show up for an appointment leaving with having experienced OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!! I wish I could have left 10 Stars!!!! Great job Family Dental Care!!!! We look forward to our next visit!!!!!
This week I had my first appointment here. They quickly scheduled my appointment, they were quick to get me back to my cleaning. Linda took great care of me and my teeth. She answered all my questions. I wad curious about invisalign and she put it in file. At checkout they scheduled me to see Patti the next day! Patti was great she explained the process and how to do a payment plan. She did the 3D scan that day to hurry the process since I'll be going back to Fort Knox at the end of July. The place is super cute and supper efficient.
