The outside of the store looks terrible. Clean the trees n bushes and weeds . The inside is nice n workers are awesome
Over all always have a great experience but today the manager Tama was talking a out my granddaughter because she wasn't having a good day . She rolled her eyes and said ugh cause my grand daughter dropped a cup that was paid for . Now I had to let her know she needed to watch the next thing she said because that was my grand daughter and she changed her tune when I left the register to kids with disabilities can't help them selves. Very unprofessional as a manager . Very disappointed in my visit today
This Family Dollar was fantastic!!! Me & a friend where in Sanger and just happened to go into the store. It was impeccably clean and had SO much great stuff; I bought 2 rompers & a great pair of garden sheers. I was majorly impressed, next time I need stuff I’ll be driving to Sanger’s Family Dollar!!!
The female middle aged store manager is very rude, I try my best to avoid this store specifically bc she might be there. Whenever I see her working I try to just get whatever I needed and leave asap.
Things look different. Store is Moved around. Something s Were hard to find. But it looks Better. NEED More Carts. Hard to Shop With small cart. Only 3# in the Store. Thank You. .........Today's Another day.... Came in NO CARTS ..... Only 2# people in the Store. .. Than About to Pay They Ask Me? Are Paying Hundreds? There Was a Customer in from that I let go. & They did Ask him!??. Why Only Me!?! Didn't they Ask Other Customer s. Only Me. RUDE! I ve Been Coming here & My Husband Here Since Store Opened. So They NEED More Carts. & A little More Respect. The Girl Who Helped Me... Alexa She Was VERY Helpful, & Nice to Me. She just came in to Wk. & Helped Me Right Away. " Thank You Alexa" the guy Was Nice to Me about Telling Me there's a little bit carts He Was Nice. This Was TODAY'S Visit.
I like having a store in this part of town bc there's not really anything else around here. The problem is that they are out of stuff alot of times bc they are the only dollar type store on this side of town & the only store in the middle of the main strip & the east side of Academy other than lil corner stores which have beer, cigs, alcohol, sodas, snacks, milk, water, candy, lottery. The checkout in the store always takes awhile& not many places to park throughout the day. Greatful there's a store just wish it could hold more& that checkout could be quicker mostly. They do have the biggest variety of household, cleaning, misc food & goods of other stores in town tho.
There is a Supervisor, a mid aged white lady, she is Rude, everytime I go in that store? I dont think i will be returning to that store at all!
First time going there and I loved it. Prices are cheaper than other places similar to that. It reminds me of Big Lots! It needs a little organization by the register, there is no way of telling were the line starts and its difficult to exit with bags in hands and/or maneuver a shopping cart to the exit.
I Love this Store Because, its ONLY a Dollar. I Love the items they Have. The Best Wheat Bread! They also Have White. But Me & My Husband Love the Wheat! It's Very Soft. They Also Have Refg. Items for Only a Dollar
Love this store! Great deals friendly workers. Dont forget to buy the 1.00 candy bars for their store contests.
