This is definitely my go to store for anything last minute I need. It's hard to believe, but anytime I need a random product especially for cooking this store always seems to have it. Super convenient and a lot easier than going to a big box store. Not to mention their prices are not overly expensive like you think they might be for the added convenience they offer. Staff is super friendly and always the same faces working.
This store gets very busy between five and seven pm. Regardless, they never open a second cashier. Their buggies have tall poles attached making it impossible to take them to your car for unloading. This is a real problem for disabled customers who can't carry everything. Otherwise, there are some good bargains.
Great place to pick up something to eat quickly on the way home. But wait it isn't just that. Are you out of body wash. Need to get some Aleve but don't have big money. Laundry detergent. A fan to beat the heat. And many more competitively priced items. Watch out though I have found that there are a few items that are priced somewhat high compared to large grocery stores. That is why it only gets 4 stars.
Well to begin I used the family dollar app, and clipped some coupons. Got to store to use the coupon, cashier even scanned the coupon and it didn't work. Used my phone number too still didn't work. Cashier looked as though she may have been on drugs tbh. Words were slurred and couldnt barely understand her. She says that it happens often where it doesnt work and even manager wouldnt be able to fix it. Made zero attempts to seek a manager to assist and I honestly didn't care to request one because I was already disgusted at how she seemed so high. What you do on personal time is none of my business but to be at work this way...sorry but do better. Next time I will request a manager but its already making me feel like not returning solely for the lack of customer service and doped up employee.
So glad this store is closing. It was always dirty and the staff was so rude. Stopped in today to get some cold medicine and the cashier was screaming at customers because they were not understanding their confusing new setup to form a line at checkout. Good riddance!
As many times as I go there already know the whole staff lol! it's a really great place to go where everyone is always cheerful and always happy to see you! Keep up the good work everyone!
The manager Liz smith is one of the rudest disgusting people I've ever encountered. She has no place being in her position there. She curses out employees, won't let anyone use the bathroom, and acts like she is in the middle of the guetto. They go through employees like toilet paper
I stopped in yesterday and the associate was not the most helpful. One of the employees cut in front of me to buy her break snack and then the associate asked me if she was going on break with no greeting or hello.
We'll stocked shelves, but could have been a little cleaner. To their credit, they were in between seasons and reshelfing.
They are very friendly here. Most things nicely priced. Some things here are more expensive than at Target
