While checking out I felt berated by staff member. pushed the bell more than ONCE and was firmly put in my place hearing " You only have to ring bell once! There was not even a note stating to use the bell let alone directing patrons to only push once. Decided that it would be best to get refund and never come back however I was denied that opportunity. Never again.. would not recomend shopping here. Maybe if there were more than one employee there during store hours these kind of issues wouldn't happen.
10/6/23 @ 930am Clerk was rude and unprofessional while I was checking out. She stated she was the manager
Was in there today and in line before me was an older woman. She was asking a clerk and what looked to be a manager questions about a thermometer, she was clearly having issues with comprehending what they were saying to her. They responded to her with annoyance and after she left they were speaking badly about her in front of me. From what they were saying I think this woman has come in multiple times before. The man I believe is a manager stated “was I speaking Chinese?”, I found this extremely disrespectful. 1 she’s an older woman, and clearly is not all there. Be patient with people like that you have no idea what is going on. 2 for them to speak like that in front of me is absolutely ridiculous. I have worked customer service for years and would never treat a customer like that or speak badly of a customer in front of another customer. So disappointed with this experience and probably will not return to this location.
The clerk on duty was great in helping me. She was very knowledgeable of the store's outlay by product.04/04/18 11:30am. Thank you.
I went here more when the prices were generally better and coupons came with the receipts. Registration with a text club is required for deals and it's more of a hassle than it's worth for me.
They have a note on the door that says you must wear a mask but the cashier was not wearing hers at all had it hanging from her ear but was telling people to put them on as they where coming in....
I've gone to family $ for years. Their prices are good. If I'm in Fort, Family $ is it.
