The manager here is really rude. Something said 50% off and rang up wrong on my receipt. I asked the cashier about it and she asked the manager what to do. She came and raised her voice and said what do you want. I said it says 50% off. She turned to the cashier and said give it to her out of your till and you will just be short and walked away. Very rude and very unprofessional.
Since merging w/dollar tree, alot of items still Out of stock and boxes and items in isles. Sometimes cashiers are nice, sometimes not. One employee is awesome and goes out her way to help look for items. Wish DT part had more useful items, other than just holiday stuff.
This Family Dollar store shares floor and shelf space with a Dollar Tree store. The result appears to be the best of both worlds. The store has legit dollar items from Dollar Tree as well as a bigger inventory of Family Dollar bargains. Outstanding.

I always had great service until today. The cashier today was rude and prejudiced. Your store policies are in violation of the civil rights act, ADA, false imprisonment, against the local, county, state and international law. Some of these laws have been on the books for 150 years so there is no excuse at all for this behavior. And giving health advice when one is not a medical professional is against the law as well, though I didn't have time to ask her if she was a doctor... and when a person commits a crime wearing a mask, like your cashier was wearing at the time, it increases the magnitude of the crime in Arizona.
Friendly and shelves were orderly. In fact they were actively stocking while shopped. Thank you.
Family dollar/Dollar Tree however should have just stayed family dollar. A lot of what you may expect to find at a dollar tree is missing here. Don't go in expecting dollar tree, more just fragments of a dollar tree, I can honestly say it's the most disappointing dollar tree you will ever visit.
It's a pretty good store to go to. We were able to find the items we were looking for without any problems. They had some good clearance items too.
staff is friendly. don't like that they combined dollar tree with family dollar. they don't carry the same products anymore and the inventory of some items is skimpy. I miss the original family dollar
Prices up to date, customer service is excellent and closer to the community.
