On Mother’s Day I had to run and grab some foil and bottled water: the awesome young gentleman that was working that morning, apologized to the people behind me in the check out lane while he personally carried out my case of water out to my car!! Completely unexpected!!! What an awesome Young Man!! I wished he’d had a badge so I could have gotten his name!! You make Your Mom proud!!
There's only certain treats my furbaby like - sausage links are the ones for him. I tried looking everywhere, but only could find them at Family Dollar. Thanks!
I try to save everything I really need till Saturday when I can use the 5 dollars off coupon.
Ashley went out of her way to help me and was really nice and helpful , very nice people
I have never left a review of a store before..but the cashier today was Very Rude to my two daughters and me. My young daughter put the basket on the counter and the cashier pushed it back at us and started pulling our stuff out and squeezing it between the covid plastic shield. I apologized saying we didn’t know she wanted to take it out.. she just stared at us and said nothing. Very passive off puting behavior..very disappointed
I find Gautier Family Dollar convenient. ...however I may quit shopping there completely due to the very rude long grey hair lady. I don't write reviews. But something needs to be done.
Extremely rude! Door was locked 100% with Not one employee near the door at 8:53!!! The rude cashier told me to take myself back out her door-- goodbye and get out, after a customer let me in at exactly 8:54, saying they close at 8:55! The sign and online says 9-- 9 PM NOT 8:55 much less 8:53!!! And even apologized, though I dk why and asked politely if I could grab a 6 pk of cokes only. She had 10 people in line that all looked very Aggravated and 2 customers took up for ME saying it was 5 til 9 amd that they'd locked the door at 10 til 9!@
I would have given 5 stars but after this visit i have to say im po,ed. I have alot of patience but its up when it comes to short older lady with long grey hair. Ive never seen a smile and she is rude unresponsive to questions asked and acts as if she hates to have to get tobacco products. No welcome how you doing enjoy your day etc. Not poor but absolutely no customer service. I go in the store several times s day and get eyes just roll when checking out. If she hates her job she needs to find another one. The young black man is awesome in any job duties hes performing. Love him!!!!
Nice friendly atmosphere alot more organized than Dollar general by Jerry Lee's . They talk to you and don't act like your nobody like some other dollar stores do guess which one it may be hint hint look above it should tell all. Also really helpful with there coupon app they have all in all great place to shop.
All the employees are pleasent except the old lady with the long grey hair. She is by far the rudest crab i have ever met. She in no way needs to in customer service. Other than her i love this store and the employees.
