Store never open hours posted. Employees come in when they want leave when they want. Throw up signs computer is broke or whatever suits them. I've complained multiple times and nothing is done. I've never seen any store do this nonesense on a continual basis.
Everyone is so helpful! They helped me get to my car. This is my favorite store close to me!! 5 stars...definitely!!
On 3/20/23 around 5:20pm I went to this location. Clumsy me accidentally dropped and spilled a fabuluso floor cleaner. I picked it up and went to the clerk immediately apologizing. She was extremely nice and understanding. I heard other customers asking her multiple questions but is a the same time. I’m sure this all had to be frustrating, she kept her best customer service face on and handled every thing at once. I understand this isn’t anything too out of the expected ordinary. But I myself work in customer service and understand how difficult it can be. Everyone should remember to have respect for all customer service workers. 5 stars if I this employee for a great job!
For over a month, there have been beer bottles all over the front lawn along with piles of trash. They can not seem to keep any good employees so there is probably serious management issues at this place. Even with the remodel, this location keeps getting all around worse and worse. I’m not even sure if they ever open on time or adhere to any of the Family Dollar values. I have been here many times during store hours but they are closed. I really am not sure when exactly this store is open. Per the extremely mixed reviews I am positive only certain people are allowed into this Family Dollar location. And those people get drunk outside leaving their trash.
Twice now I have come here after the posted opening time and the door is locked. There was multiple vehicles there, but the doors are locked. I waited 15 minutes and still locked!! Ridiculous!
Because I'm 12 and go there everyday, the only nice employees are and old woman an old man and a middle aged woman, the older manager is scary but nice kinda. One of the old managers, Nicole, made a new policy for kids not to enter alone but only to me and my sister. She got fired after our dad yelled at her. But Gerald is very kind.
This store is AWFUL! It needs new management. They close early whenever they want, and they close randomly throughout the day whenever they want. It's absolutely ridiculous! It's 5:30 PM and I've been sitting here for maybe 10 minutes, if that and have watched about 15 people come and go because the doors are locked. This happens all the time. The only good thing here is Gerald, he's very nice.
I have always enjoyed the ease of using this store for my location. However I have tried going about 3 different times on 3 separate days and times of the day and this store has randomly been closed. This is very inconvenient and frustrating. When you post hours you should adhere to those hours!
Go hear to get aa battery best price in town but looks like ill have to go to a different place after today's experience walked up to me before I was done shopping and ask / accused me of. Putting. Something in my jumpsuit reasoning. Someone said they seen me. Thats profiling. Had I done this. Ok. But if I need something I will buy it thank you or I don't need it. I understand this happens to stores. But. If your going to make these actuation be correct. Don't profile
It's 2 older men that's very nasty and rude I was in there shopping tonight since they didn't close until 10pm. It was only 8:15pm the older man came in the isle I was in and told me to hurry up because they was about to close and it was only 8:30pm. I'm very upset because I wasn't able to get the items I had in my cart, I probably want ever shop here again which is sad cause I'm a frequent customer and never have a problem besides when they are working in the store.
