Family Dollar Store

People are nice. The store is clean on the inside but the outside is a mess of trash and potholes. They make enough money off us to fix and clean the parking lots. The other stores parking lots are very clean and well kept. This let's me know what they think of us.

Still have good prices for the buck

I like coming in and grabbing quick items I need for the house. But they always backed up and it takes long to get another register open...So I don't come in here that much anymore. Edit: I came in here recently and the store was updated a little and it wasn't crowded. I changed my stars from 1 to 5. Keep up the good work!

I was quite disappointed when she told me that new person put those n the wrong and she could do nothing about it. If necessary, I should speak with the corporate office so I took the number. Ask I explained to her, it was NOT my fault that they were in the wrong place and I should have gotten them for the price that was posted. It was NOT a good shopping experience and I WILL BE speaking with their corporate office with my concerns.

Worst location ever to shop at! Managers are lazy,impolite & rude. Customer service sucks & lines are always long with no assistance from the managers to help the overwhelmed cashier's. I haven't seen all of the registers open in years regardless of how busy the store is or how long the lines are,they definitely need to replace the Management team there.

Stuff was everywhere! The store is already extra small so management should do a better job of stocking the store. You can't stock every single isle during the middle of the afternoon and only have one checkout line open!

Would not even give half a star! Worst family dollar ever!!! Need workers that are not prejudice. Very uncomfortable coming into your store. They need some customer service skills.

Store is NASTY and UNORGANIZED! Employees are RUDE ! MANAGEMENT is a JOKE! You ask for corporate number and they say THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DO NOTHING!!! This store need to be CLOSED and all staff need to be replaced. Its sad when you can't spend your money in the community you live in .

Staff friendly and helpful

The worst Family Dollar Store in the franchise! Dirty store and rude staff. I picked up an item that didn't have a price, had the lady at the register check the price, didn't want it and she told me she wasn't going to put it back, I needed to put it back where I got it from.
