Dr. Bonnie Chalker is a Board Certified Optometric Physician. She opened Family Eye Care of Palm Coast after practicing in the Palm Coast area for over a decade. She is a graduate of the Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. She performed her externship at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami.
Dr Chalker focuses her practice on full family eye care. From pediatrics to geriatrics, she is experienced in the diagnosis, treatment and management of ocular disease. Additionally, Family Eye Care of Palm Coast has a full service optical dedicated to the dispensing of quality eyewear and contact lenses.
