Family Health Center at Elgin ISD

My experience at Family Health Center at Elgin was quick and convenient. I have waited no more than 20 minutes after signing in. My Doctor, Theodore Held listened to me and assured me that I wasn’t alone with the issues I was dealing with. He offered help and support, and I am doing better.

Jessica Lopez always gets me in when I need it most to get my family the care they need! I appreciate that so much, this clinic has awesome doctors wait time is not long at all and they always make sure my children get the care they need. Definitely would recommend! Also very clean facility...

Got my Nexplanon birth control removed today after having it for 3 years. ALL staff was great. Kind, friendly, caring, informative. I really enjoyed Dr. Theadore. He came in and sat with me and talk about random things to calm me and then continued to hold a great conversation during the whole procedure. Before I knew it we were done! Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!!

great service. I did have to make appointment To be seen for obgyn , they accepted the Texas womens insurance , Theodore the obgyn had bedside manner very funny, sweet and kind. The lady’s in front very helpful smiling and greeting. The environment there is very peaceful. The appointment was fast which I like. Totally recommend.

Sign in and paper work was quick and easy. Wait time wasn't long at all. Aylene Martinez was kind and very attentive to my questions and concerns pertaining to my visit. The whole medical team was courteous and professional. The atmosphere at the clinic was pleasant and calming. Had my second visit at the office today. The NP was wonderful. Put me at ease and addressed my concerns with patience and care.

My experience at the center in Elgin is always enjoyable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My granddaughters Dr. Olowo is very professional and is great with my granddaughter.

Every experience that I have with this office is always perfect from the Front staff, Nurses in the back, and the Doctors are always such a delight and easy to have conversation with. They are always willing to go above and beyond with any questions and concerns I have.

The Family Health Center is an excellent clinic. All of the staff members are very friendly. You don't have to wait. You are seen at your appointment time. Everyone is very knowledgeable and caring. You are told the diagnosis and the plan for treatment. Every detail is explained, so that you understand and any questions that you have are answered. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone at any age. Elgin is blessed to have this clinic.
