Family Health Center Convenient Care Clinic

We have been to this facility a few times and had nothing but good results. My son had to get stitches about a year ago and the doctor was very good at distracting him while stitching him up. We recently went with the assumption my son had strep and instead of treating me like I’m stupid for suggesting what I thought was wrong since it is about the only thing he gets they took my suggestion and test him for it first and I was right. Fast and easy. Everyone was very nice and professional.

Here tonight with my daughter. She fell on skates. They took her immediately back to xray. The staff treated all of us so well. Best experience I have ever had with any dr.

This place always gets me in as quick as possible. only problems that I have had were not getting in my prescriptions called in at all. Therefore, I will not be using this clinic anymore. I come to the doctor when I am sick and need medication to help me get better, and this clinic cannot provide that for me.

Do not go to this place if you have a u.t.i. took my mother there on 3 occassions and they gave her 2 rounds of different antibiotics without ever sending culture check to lab to see what proper antibiotic, she needed which is stanard operating procedure,very poor medical attention and then belittle me, because i question their medical expertise!!!

Went in there with a messed up upper back and the PA barely touched me and said you have a bruised muscle. Which was a wrong diagnosis. Turned out I had a it was a rib out of place. Won't use this place again.

Don't go here unless you want to be diagnosed with allergies and then have to get seen again by another Dr to be told you have bronchitis.

Fast and efficient except ordered prescription for 81year old patient with congestive heart failure that second item on list of side effects was Causes congestive heart failure. When ask if he needed a list meds I take he said no we’ll contact your pharmacy of meds prescribed. We won’t be back !!!

I told them exactly what brand and kind of inhaler I use and they told me that they’ve been doctors longer than I’ve been alive so they already know what I needed.. mind you I’ve had asthma since I was 3 months old… they gave me the wrong prescription not once but TWICE.. Every time I go in middle aged white women are rude as all get out to me and I’m pretty sure it’s just because I’m a younger woman with dreadlocks and they don’t respect certain people because of how they look I would NOT go here if I was you nothing but rude doctors and bad service.

I have felt awful for 3 weeks due to my own procrastination but I went at 8am, called, they signed me in, and were so friendly and caring! Every single person there presented themselves as someone who really cared. I was out in about 35 minutes and I highly recommend going there !!

No appointment needed. Very knowledgeable staff. Caring and genuine concern. I've been using them since they opened. They detected a possible cancerous tumor that led me to a specialist who did a biopsy which turned out to be benign. I did not even know I had a tumor. I had gone to them for a totally unrelated illness and the PA caught it while doing my exam. They certainly have my highest recommendation. Also thank you Judy. She is always wonderful.
