Nice that this store is an option to get vitamins & supplements at besides the other nationwide brand name stores. Good & knowledgeable customer service. Came towards closing, so will have to try the smoothies, etc. next time. Every first Thursday of the month, there is 20% off some restrictions apply.
This store has the best customer service I've experienced in a VERY long time, and I almost take it for granted because I've been shopping there since high school. The place I'm talking about is Family Health Market in Frisco, located at the southwest corner of Preston and Lebanon. If you own any type of retail brick-and-mortar business, you need to visit this store. The experience will set a new bar for what you consider great customer service. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything they sell. Don't just take my word for it—go experience it for yourself and let me know what you think! P.S. If you need a shake to get you through he afternoon slump… the peanut butter cookie shake is the way to go. Thank me later.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in the other day to purchase DHA and a multivitamin. There was a woman following me around the store and finally said to let her know if I needed help because she was bored. When I got home I realized I had bought the wrong DHA so I called immediately and I was told I could go in to swap it out. When I went in to do that I was told the supplement was stuck together it was unopened and hot. I drove 45 minutes from work in 106 degree weather. They told me for this reason they had to deduct 5 dollars from the exchange. The cashier then did the exchange and told me I had a 3 dollar credit. I told her I would not be returning and that I wanted the amount refunded to my card. She said well I didn’t do the exchange that way and said she could give me 3 dollars from her wallet if I really needed it. Caucasian woman was very condescending. I was tricked into believing their advertisement of the best prices. I looked up what I purchased and they are all at least 5 dollars cheaper elsewhere. I wasted 8 dollars alone just because I made a mistake and they didn’t stand by what they communicated over the phone. On top of the markup they have on their products compared to other retailers.
Better selection than most vitamin/supplement stores. Knowledgeable staff is very helpful in answering questions. I went in looking for a couple of specific items and received excellent service. Thank you guys!
Love this place! Customer service is impeccable! Selection and prices of the items are great! The top of the cherry? The smoothies! They are incredible! I’ve ordered Açaí Energizer—best in Dallas! Hey, all of the juices are organic as well! Love it!
Great protein shakes, my favorite the berry green machine, they have all the supplements I need mg, k, chlorella, nitric oxide, bone up, Nad, Nac, horse chestnut, etc. great service if you have a question or need help
20 Years I've been a client : Healthier Now than When I Started : Life's Fortune Vitamins : Tablets and Also Liquid : I USE BOTH, Both have changed my Life's Fortune For Sure : %100 Recommend The product and This Frisco Family Health Market : SOLID Quality with Strong knowledge about supplements. Can't get these products just anywhere, this place is strong!
Very helpful customer service, they have a smoothie station inside and you can also use the drives through if you are in a hurry.
Great vitamin/supplement/nutrition store with a smoothie bar and drive thru! Personal, friendly customer service! All of the employees are knowledgeable, but Lawrence is a joy to work with. He's a nutritionist and knows his stuff! Also, the first Thursday of the month, it's 20% off all regular priced items!!
I love this place not only for purchasing supplements, etc but the customer service here is amazing. They once accidentally sold us the wrong product but delivered the correct one to our front door!! We aren't exactly close by either. Recently I was in the store and Lawrence helped me with a purchase. He was super kind and knowledgeable. Honest too, not just looking to sell a product.
