Brian and Mr fails are exceptional kindhearted generous and loyal Type people they went above n beyond customer service wise and helped me with things they didn’t have to that should have been done by my landlord. I love my new fridge price is fantastic easy application process to be financed !!! I definitely recommend this family owned best kept secret in millbrook Alabama and I will be back in the future

We picked out our sofa, got it about $45 cheaper and than the one at Ashley Furniture store. The delivery took about 10 days and the guys that brought it out were very friendly and professional. I would’ve had to wait about a month for the same sofa from Ashley. The owner is very welcoming and friendly too. I plan to shop with them again soon. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because the communication could be a little better, but overall I am very happy.

Lowest prices and best service makes for an easy choice! This was the 5th place we visited that day, and Brian at family home furniture was the only person we talked with that gave us the feeling that he’d been in the business for a while and was really an expert. We found a piece for $1900 at Ashley, but family home furniture was able to get me the exact same piece for $1500. I don’t know how they make any money with such low prices!

Look here first for your furniture needs. Prices are the best in the region. The employees are all very friendly from the general manager to the delivery people. They had plenty of options in stock and delivery was the next day. Delivery was fast and the employees were very careful with my furniture taking care not to damage my home or the furniture. They took their time to ensure the items were assembled correctly and set up exactly where I wanted. It's sad that this is notable, but I have had deliveries in the past from other furniture stores where basically they dump the furniture in the room and are off to the next customer. Too busy to worry about ensuring the customer is taken care of before leaving. I like that I could shop locally as well, keep my money in the community. This company conducts their business as a business should, they care about the customer's satisfaction, as well as, making the sale. I highly recommend this company and will be purchasing more furniture here in the near future.

Read reviews for all the big box companies, especially their third party delivery..horror stories. Just moved to this small town,reminded me of the good old days when famy owned businesses cared about good service to their customers,so started looking. Found this place,talked with people a few times with my questions,saw good reviews. Went in,found the exact washer that I wanted,bought it,had it delivered and set up with about an hour!! Can u believe that?! Delivery was great too, careful not to bump walls or hurt anything,and it was a small space. Actually enjoyed laughing with these nice guys.

I'm so impressed with the service I received, as well as the products Family Home Furniture carries. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating and I love the piece they delivered. I will definitely be shopping here again...highly recommend these good people!!!
