We are dedicated to helping couples develop and build common ground through a cooperative, problem-solving process for divorce and other family issues.
We provide joint legal education and services ranging from choosing a process to navigating the legal system. The Center is a resource and referral network with consultation from a neutral lawyer mediator to assist couples. The Center also provides a team of experienced professionals who tailor their approach to each family’s unique needs. Experienced mediation professionals include lawyer mediators and child/family and financial specialists. The Family Mediation Center offers couples creative ways to help reshape families and finances and make important family and business decisions with professional guidance without resorting to the high cost and conflict of the court process.
The Family Mediation Center’s mission is to be a resource for separating and divorcing couples by providing services and referrals to support a cooperative, problem-solving process to help them make decisions that are best for each of them and their family.
