Choosing a doctor is very important, of course. Dr. Blumenthal is excellent, has been for years. Choose this practice for the doctors. You, will, however have to put up with less than professional representatives on the phone, even rude, interrupting me as I spoke, not communicating well. This had never happened before. I don't call often, so I'm guessing there has been a change in employees since my last call a year or so ago. Still, I recommend this practice for the doctors.
DO NOT COME HERE. This office is absolutely awful. I’ve been coming here for 15 years and over the years they have just gotten worse and worse. They claim to make phone calls to contact you and claim to leave voice mails that don’t exist. They are NEVER on time unless you are seeing the Nurse Practitioner. I wish the Nurse Practitioner was in a different office I would gladly see her elsewhere. The only reason I still come here is because I just haven’t found the time to find a new doctor working 6 days a week.
Dr Winfield is a wonderful doctor. However the practice she is now apart of is absolutely horrible. Aside from a few people a majority of the staff is very rude and unhelpful. They also wait until you have an outrageous bill for the billing lady who is also rude to contact you. Unfortunately, you won’t be contacted unless you call to make an appointment and they tell you they can’t see you due to your bill. I absolutely love Dr. Winfield. As for the office they should all take a course on how to properly speak with patients and a course for time management. They should also learn to contact patients before their bills get astronomical and they can’t be seen.
I have been a patient in this office for well over 10 years! Dr. Winfield is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I also LOVE Dr. Blumenthal and Dr.Soble!! The girls who answer the phones are WONDERFUL especially Margie and Liz!! I am LUCKY to have such great Doctors!!
Dr. Winfield is an excellent doctor, that is a fact. But what is also a fact...is how horrible this office is that she is part of now. I was told I would have an appointment with my doctor, and then walked in a total stranger that I've never seen before. It was a very very uncomfortable feeling, and telling me I wouldn't see my doctor when I called would have been the professional thing to do. Just a horrible office with a great doctor.
The front desk was absolutely unprofessional and rude I had an appointment the day before I called to check if there are any other timings available since they gave me a date which was 10 days further from the first appointment I said no to that and said would come the original appointment day. When we reached there they simply told there is no appointment for us to see the doctor and the appointment has been rescheduled to next available date. Front desk even didn’t respond properly and was like if you want take or leave haven’t seen such behaviour in my life. I would have given negative if the option was there
My mother is suffering with severe leg pain. She was seen a month ago and went back today because the pain has gotten worse. The dr. was sarcastic and rude. This is not the first time my mother has left feeling upset by bedside manner and professionalism. Think twice people- there are plenty of dr.'s out there.
EXCELLENT !! The staff is friendly,responsive and knowledgeable. The facility is clean,quiet and comfortable. Last,but clearly not least, I must sing the praises of Dr. Barbara Winfield. Dr. Winfield always takes the time to make sure I fully understand everything before I leave the office. This is an incredible practice that I trust completely.
Dr Soble has been my doctor for over 25 yrs and Dr Bloomenthal has been my son's doctor for 15 years. They are always caring and ready to answer any questions we have. They are also very thorough about our COMPLETE history and keeping us up to date with vaccinations, routine tests, etc. We are in good hands with these doctors.
I was able to follow my Dr there when she gave up her own practice. Then she got rid of our insurance abruptly. She had been my and my families Dr for year's. We started seeing her since she started in RUNNEMEDE. It wasn't fair to her patience that help her build her practice. She was a very good Dr. I know she hurt me and others! DON'T GO THERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU.
