Never had any problems til recently. Been getting charged late fees when we had paid the past two and they're still telling us we owe them. I don't recommend this place. Only one person has been nice to us out of all the employees. Our fees were paid according to the Male employee when we gave him the money for our movies and the fee. I will not be coming back
We love this video store! The kids always love getting a gumball and looking for their favorite movies. Especially when they get the color of the week out of the gumball machine for a free movie. I hope they never close this store. The employees are always very nice!
The staff isn’t trained effectively before leaving them to run the store on their own. Almost lost out on a $20 deposit for a video game rental because the guy didn’t see where it said we had the deposit and REFUSED to give us our money back. So we had to go back a few days later to speak to the manager. Luckily, she remembered us putting the $20 deposit down and gave us our money back. On another note, the layout of the store is horrific... there isn’t very much effort in organizing there. I expected searching for a movie a lot less tedious. They have their movies ordered by new releases, family, favorites, games, and kids movies. It would be much easier to find movies if they were organized by genre and sorted by newest to oldest inside of said genre. Prices of rentals should be labeled by a colored sticker similar to how they already have stickers.
Can I just say how wonderful Tabitha is. She's the nicest person in the world and is so helpful with everything. I'll come in for one movie and talk to her for 20 minutesif she's not busy. She really cares about her customers and takes the time to get to know you. I adore her!
Glad these places still exist! Had some problems with scratched DVDs but they were courteous and willing to help. We rarely rent, but it is really nice to have such a decent, clean option.
Very friendly atmosphere the employees are always welcoming . hard-working employees they hold movies back for me when they are rented at the time and call to let me know that my movie is available just ab all around great place
This place is amazing! You can rent or buy movies as well as pick up a quick snack or pizza for the night. Good prices and friendly staff!
Unfortunately the video store is closing so purchase some movies and games for your family's collection be sure to stop by Marcos for a great pizza as well!
