This used to be a very clean and nice place to do laundry. NOT ANY MORE!! I had multiple loads of laundry to do, so decided to go to the laundromat. What a mistake coming here! 3/4 of the machines are out of order. When I tried using one of the $8 washing machines, my quarters got stuck on many of the machines the card reader is broken. The attendant blamed me and said there was nothing she could do. She finally agreed to give me a credit of $6. When I asked her if I could give someone else the credit, since I was not going to come back, she said no and I would have to come back tomorrow when the boss was in to get my credit that was due to me. This has to be the worst establishment I have ever gone to!!!
This is mid review because I want to give it 5 stars because it's a nice laundry mat, with free laundry soap, and it is 24 hours but whenever I go here half the washers and dryers are out of order and the associates barely fix anything. So I am not gonna be biased but it is In a good spot with mcdonalds, wawa, speedway, and family dollar.
Don't bring your wash here! It's funny how they have 12 brand new gambling machines, but can't seem to fix a dryer. I have been a loyal customer for a long time here. Spectating it to get better, but I'm done. Having to sit, and wait for a dryer is a joke when they have 60 or 70 of them.. what is the point of having so many when you have 80% of them broken. It's an embarrassment, I feel bad for the workers, they try their best with these terrible conditions, and deal with angry customers all the time. Owner of this establishment should be ashamed!
I was told that this was a great laundromat but I think those people only like it because it has PA skills games. Half the washers and dryers are put of order. Something is making a horrible sound and the air conditioner is dripping all over the floor.
This place becomes more ghetto every time I visit. At least 40% of the machines were out of order on a Sunday evening and the front desk help were not super-helpful. It's expensive for what it is, but, they do offer free low-quality detergent to patrons. I am going to find a nicer place with more open machines.
The lady attendant is Sooo nice!! Love that they offer free detergent!! They do need to get their machines fixed thou. They have A LOT that are broken.
50% of machines don’t work. Another 25% only use card or coin. They don’t accept cards yet they have a machine to load a reloadable card. There has been zero upkeep with this laundry mat. It used to be pretty good not sure what happened. Floors are dirty, no paper towel in bathroom or toilet paper. They have plenty of PA skill machines if you want to gamble. 3 of the 4 big dryers are down 7 of 8 75lb washers don’t accept card.
This place is absolutely garbage. Most of the machines don’t work. They spend money to put things to gamble on but won’t fix any of their washers or dryers. I’m literally holding the button down on the dryer so it won’t stop.
Terrible... this place is dirty n dingy as hell. most of the washers are broken and the dryers don't dry your clothes unless u spend 6$ a load.... if I could give it less then 1 star i would.
Over half the machines are broken. The one's in service are not well maintained nor very clean. But, the gambling machines are in nice and fancy....
