Service and atmosphere were good. But food and drinks could be better. We chose this place to try something different but good or better than we can make at home for ourselves. We did so based on Google reviews. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case. Food looked good, but the taste wasn't anything special, and the quality of it made both of us feel sick for a little over a day. Drinks weren't great either. My friend ordered a beer. It was terrible. My margarita was so and so. We left disappointed, based on the amount of money we spent in there, and definitely will not be coming back.
Mary was a rockstar! Seemed like she was the only bartender for the bar area and the service bar! She was swamped but that didn’t hold her back! She was friendly attentive and thorough. Something wasn’t correct on our feast and she promptly replaced it. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Mary. You were so nice to us
Food's pretty good. Service is friendly & fast. All the servers & hostess are very courteous & attentive. It's also a very clean, organized, overall well-maintained restaurant. Will be visiting constantly!Food: 5/5
Got the feast that's for 2-3 people. The food was good but was salty and wasn't hot much, like lukewarm. My 1st time eating here and service was a bit slow but otherwise it was okay.
Wish i could give 0 stars. Was my first time coming and didn’t even get to try the food. So let’s start this off by checking in. My partner and I are very visibly “homosexual”. So we go in and check in, they tell us it’s about a 20 min wait so we head to the restroom really quick cause we had driven down the hill for my first experience for this. By the time i came back it had only been literally 5 mins, they tell me they called us and told us to wait 5 mins. 20 more mins pass by and the lobby is getting full. The male manager with the heavy Hispanic accent and heavy body set sat us in the way back of the bar corner where nobody could literally see you. We sat there and waited for 10 mins. Not once were we acknowledged after that. There was another elderly couple sitting in the same area but opposite corners and they were being ignored as well and went looking for a waitress. My partner and I go to leave and I wanna speak to the manager who sat us in the very back. When we got to the front I had seen the gentleman man who came after us was sat right up and center where the whole world could see them. Then I spoke to a team member and said we felt like we were being discriminated against because we were sat so far away and hidden. She was taken aback from what I said but then when I was trying to speak to the manager all he said with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever heard from a manager “if you have any questions or anything else call this number” then violently tapped his pen to a number on the side of the hostess desk; then walked away from the conversation. That right there solidify that we were in fact being discriminated against by the same manager who sat us in the very back corner of the bar and didn’t tell any of his employees to come help us. For my first experience to this place I will never ever forget it. This whole experience was probably about 45 mins. No food, not even drinks. Just menus.
First time at this location, we ordered ribs and brisket, ribs were fine, brisket not so much. Each slice of brisket had about a half inch of meat and the rest was fat. Tasty but more fat then meat. Not happy Food: 2/5
Food is always great. We never leave hungry. Always plenty to take home. Onie was a great server—kind and friendly. She took great care of us. Go get the all you can eat rib tips on Tuesday while it lasts! Just $16.00.
Our server Onie S was wonderful. Very efficient and incredibly personable and friendly. It made our experience so much more pleasant! My son tried the catfish appetizer and absolutely LOVED it. Our meals were delicious and prepared exactly as requested. I also had a large to go order that was brought to us quickly. Kid-friendliness: The restaurant has a great kids menu with a wide variety of choices.
Since the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The service provided by my waitress Famous Kortney excelled my expectations and was very thoughtful. She helped with our decision for this delicious meal and she gave great recommendations. I will come again definitely Food: 5/5
The family Had lunch today our server ALEX she was amazing very attentive and went out her way to make our dinning experience good . Not only that she was very nice and understanding with my kiddos. Not all servers are nice also food was very good. Just hit the spot and chips were very fresh en e tho now it’s a side it’s worth paying for it. Thanks Alex
