This was my first time back in a couple of years. The brisket, chicken, baked beans and cornbread were delicious; I didn't care to much for the ribs. I love the mango lemonade and our waitress was excellent.Food: 4/5
First time at this location. Called ahead to check on wait time and there was none. Table for 3. We got seated pretty quickly. When you ask for wait time make sure they know you'll take either booth or table, if you don't care which. They give wait time based on table or booth if you specified. First given a wait time but I said I'd called ahead was told no wait. Then learned they thought I wanted a booth. After that was clear, we got seated right away. Waitress was quick to take our order, she was great, nice and conversational, I wish I could remember her name. They got my husband sides wrong but fixed it right away, brought out the right stuff and let him keep the wrong stuff. We ordered the 1-2 or 3 meat combo dinners. Got my daughter a kids meal, which was good size. I got roasted chicken X 2 and rib tips for 3 meat dinner. My husband got ribs and chicken for 2 meat dinner. It was plenty food, we both had leftover. Chili and salad were both good. Waitress got our bill paid for right away. Great visit overall.

We loved the food and the great service. Even ordered an item by mistake and they fixed it immediately. We tried some of the appetizers and a variety off the menu, and we all loved it. Highly recommend it and will definitely go back again Kid-friendliness: Great kid friendly atmosphere.
I was surprise by the portion my bf and I got. It was my first time ever dining in and I was surprise but let me tell you the food was delicious! We went a week before thanksgiving and I definitely feel like I had an early thanksgiving while enjoying my food. The meat was sooo juicy and tender and the ribs has the right amount of seasoning. The cornbread was soo good and go so well with meat. The potatoes wedge was also a plus. The alcohol drinks really good with all those yummy food in my tummy. I definitely plan on going back.
Worst online order experience. I had multiple gift cards that I wanted to use which their website allowed me to add multiple gift cards for an online order. First order went through but was cancelled 20 minutes later. I assumed something went wrong with the gift cards. I reordered using my credit and the order did not get cancelled this time. I found out the first order was cancelled because Famous Dave's can't process multiple gift cards properly, even though the website allowed me to. This cancelled order caused confusion with Door Dash. The Door Dash driver came to pick up the first order which got cancelled by the store. The Door Dash driver then left after finding out it was cancelled by the store. I called Door Dash customer service to check if my second order will get delivered or not. They told me yes and if the order doesn't arrive in time they would refund me the order. 2 hours later, no food was delivered. Called Door Dash customer service back regarding the delivery. They told me they would refund me the order since they didn't deliver. I told them that it was a big order and that I will go pick it up myself . I didn't want all that food to be wasted. When I got to the store, I was told the food was thrown away because "I" cancelled the order. It turns out, Door Dash refunding me my money was them cancelling the order even though I told them that I was going to pick it up still. There wasn't much the store manager could do since it was a Door Dash issue. However, the lack of communication between the restaurant and delivery service is concerning. The store can't communicate directly to Door Dash and the other way around as well. The manager did offer to make my order again without making me pay for it. I did appreciate the gesture but I declined since it wasn't the store's fault for the delivery issue.

My food came in spurts. The waiter forgot to bring our food certainly in a timely manner. My food was cold but my fries were warm. It was not very busy but I will say our waiter had the most tables to wait on. He did neglect us quite often. We had to send for him quite often. Not very happy with my visit after hearing such great things about this restaurant.
My wife and I visited just a couple days ago, we both enjoyed a delicious and large serving of BBQ, went through lots of napkins and the sauce was flying as I enjoyed my brisket burnt ends, chopped pork and rib tips! Drinks were great too! Our server Allison was one of the highlights, she was funny and seemed very genuine, and checked on us often, definitely not one of those servers that drops off your food and disappears. Can’t wait to come back for another feast and might try something new next time, I’ve never been disappointed.
Our waitress was phenomenal, the food was good but my god, don’t go if there’s a 40 top of people with some who know or work there. We were seated before and had our food order placed before the 40 top. Whose food came out first? The 40 top. Everyone else’s ticket got out behind the big table. 2.5 hours for food for 4 people. Other tables were looking around just as hungry as us. Our waitress did her best with keeping our drinks replaced and was extremely kind, but the manager or shift lead doing that was absolutely ridiculous.
