I went to famous footwear to purchase a pair of walking/hiking sneakers. I found one of my favorite brands, Colombia. They didn't have it in my size so I ordered it, when I got it in it was just a little snug. I ordered the next size up and they fit perfectly. The people at famous footwear were very kind and courteous. There was no problem bringing my shoes to replace them with others to order. I would recommend this store to anyone who needs a good pair of shoes.
Came in tonight and couldn’t say nicer things, great experience. Jules and Heidi were working, and they did an amazing job helping me find the shoes I wanted, even confirming sizing and offering to order anything they did not have. Truly some of the best customer service I have ever received, very nice employees and clean and organized store
Just your average shoe store, sadly the customer service at this one was subpar. We inquired about shoes on the website and rather thn helping we were brushed off, and told it would be easier for us to go online and buy them ourselves. Sooo we did on Amazon instead. See the store in Smithfield RI helped us in store order the shoes and have them delivered to them or home, here they dropped the ball

Assistant Manager or Manager Heidi is very rude. More concerned with talking to her coworkers than helping you find anything or cashing people out. I've shopped there three times and she ignores you until you have to pay every time. She also took my boyfriend's personal information like address and phone number without telling him what it was for. Turned out it was for a rewards card, which he didn't even want. He told her he wasn't interested, and she signed him up anyway because she "already had the information." Wouldn't even look at us. Rude, rude person, and sneaky tactics. 0/5 if I could. I also reached out to their customer service online and was told "they'd look into it" and that was over a month ago and I've heard nothing since.

Kind of small, so not as many options. Staff is nice. Prices seem high on some products, but clearance deals are great!
The customer service is amazing. There is not a huge number of sizes so they do have to order a lot but over all great place
employees followed me and my husband around the store the entire 10 mins we were in there , didn’t ask us if we needed help a single time just stood next to us staring and following behind us every 2 ft. we went to check out and the cashiers were staring at us and whispering. After we cashed out the cashier asked for our last names profiling us and when i asked why they responded “oh for your rewards” after we already paid.. made us very uncomfortable and we will be back to return our shoes and never shop there again. shoppers beware
