There is a very knowledgeable employee there by the name of Joanna. She did an above adequacy job; leading me, directing me, guiding me, helping me, find the one shoe that was designed and manufactured just for me. Quite a rush to shop there. I could never forget an experience like that. I will definitely be going there again in the next 8-11 months!
Selection was pretty rough for me. I wear a size 13/14 and could only find a couple 13s and no 14s. I haven't been here in a while because of this and thought I'd try it again but no luck. Prices also seem more expensive than going directly to websites for brands of shoes.
Clean store with over all good customer service. Employees are kind and mostly knowledgeable. Good shoes and socks. However, if you're looking for soccer shoes, hi end hiking boots or shoes, this isn't the place. The over all shoe quality is mediocre in general. However, that addafe of "you get what you pay for" is true when it comes to shoes!
We buy a few pair of shoes here every year. Staff is so friendly. I would avoid mid to late August but that is no fault of theirs, that is the school shopping season.
Great shoes, but the options and sizes are a little limited, which ends up being okay since the music will have you wanting to finish your shopping there anyway.
Honestly the ladies there weren’t to helpful or caring to show me around and help but me a pair I liked I was indecisive and questions I had they seemed to just brush me off and tell me this is what we have. I okay then. Less then satisfied with the attitude of the employees and it seem like the cared about what I got or didn’t. Won’t be coming back
Brea Helped me and I've never had such a kind, such a cute sweet helpful person before!! She helped me in every way and I was able to buy 2 pairs of shoes that I needed. Her customer service was so appreciated! I wish all employees could be as great as her! She went out of her way to make sure I was taking care of! She deserves a big raise on her pay

Lots of shoes, just not in the right size for me US 9. If they don't have it on the shelf, they refer you to their website, it would be great to be able to try them on in the store instead of having to order online and then pay a restocking fee.
The store was clean and the staff was great. They always welcome us when we go in and see if we need help finding anything.
