FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

There's not a whole lot to.ssy about a shoe store, other than it's a shoe store. I've purchased multiple pairs of shoes here multiple times. One thing that I like is that they seem to be able to keep their inventory online matching their store, so I can look at shoes online and decide what I'm interested in, then just go find them in the store to try them on. The prices aren't better than anywhere else though, but they do have sales like buy one get one half off, so if you like name brand shoes and need more than one pair, you can get a good deal sometimes.

Horrible customer service by an Ashley towards myself and my children. I even asked for her name and she said she did not have to and would not give it to me. But when I looked down, I was able to see it on her lanyard. I will never go back to this store again due to the disrespect and poor customer care. I have been shopping at this store for years and it upsets me that due to one person and her disrespect and rudeness that i no longer feel comfortable shopping there. I definitely don’t recommend going to this location.

When i walked in the space was overwhelming, confusing and uninviting. I tried on shoes that were marked one size on the box and the shoes were different sizes in the box. Their options for steel toed shoes and work boots/shoes is extremely limited. The staff was not friendly and offered me no assistance or even directed me where the men's shoes work boots/shoes were. The prices of their shoes were extremely high priced. Went to Kohl's found a shoe that was $35 cheaper than famous footwear

We are always greeted at the door by friendly, helpful staff. My husband wears a size 14, so that large of a size is rarely in stock; however, they make it easy to order, and they're sent to our house within days. When we had an issue with a pair of boots, we were told to bring them in and they'd replace. I've bought at least a dozen or more shoes, all different brands, and the quality and durability are fantastic! Thank you and your staff for making it easy to shop, answer questions, remain positive, easy to order, and always with a helpful attitude & smile!

Good shoes fair price helpful staff good deal only. Problem sell some shoes in 15 not a whole lot of it.

Horrible customer service!!!! If you walk in even 15 min to close they DO NOT WANT TO HELP You. The so called "customer service" cashier just argued with me about 4 minutes because I walked in at 7:45 and they are closing in 15 min. If you don't want customers to come in and they are not allowed to shop that close to closing time then you should lock the doors at 7:30. Or if the employees do not want to work that late you should change the closing time to earlier. Not good customer service.

Large selection and rarely busy which is nice!

I was in here last weekend and it was a very pleasant experience. I was looking for sandals that would fit my wide, strange feet. I always have to try on a million pairs before I find anything. Then theres the price, I hate to spend a fortune on just plain flip-flops. The sales lady was very helpful, found me a pair that were both super comfortable and only $24.99!. Great store.
