Went in here because the wife has had problems finding shoes in her size size 12 We ended up perusing the clearance wall, which I noticed had several pairs for her to choose from including these sweet champagne colored Nike sneakers. We each picked out a few pairs, the sneakers, odd set of slip ones, and 2 pairs of boots for myself. What amazed was the fact that they were famous names with the best prices. 2 pairs of normally expensive shoes for $10?! Very nice place with excellent prices. Was so impressed that I even forgave them for not having my favorite birkenstock in the style or price that I'm used to.

PAY ATTENTION: I bought a pair of boots advertised at $90 which I did confirm the model and type to the advertised price, though the cashier attempted to charge $15 more until it was brought to their attention at which point the correct price was applied. This has happened to me before at this exact location. Coincidence, maybe...maybe not.

I love the store but they didn't have my size on an item but staff their did an excellent job in helping me resolve the issue

The people that was working was in a group having a conversation. They didn't greet me or anything. Then when I asked for the price on an item one of the employees told me I could download the app to know the price of the item. So unprofessional

Fast, easy safe online order during this pandemic with a wonderful coupon deal if you pick your order up at local store. I'm all for the deals, so with me purchasing $89.99 boots on sale and the added coupon I walked away paying $39.99. Yes,  I'll take that and keep a look out for more deals to come. Friendly check out service with size check upon pick up. Quick pleasant service.

I've been at famous footwear for quite a many years I am satisfied with the product and the hospitality that they have there at the store even with my children and grandchildren and Friends neighbors when I show them the book and coupons that you send to my home I let them know they can go there and find just about anything they desire almost like JCPenney's and Sears and maybe Walmart    I appreciate famous footwear the service and the hospitality that the employees give when you come in if you're not sure they will help you immediately not wait around till you get disgusted or frustrated that you can't find what you're looking for I give him five stars or more 1 to 10 10

My family just arrived home and are ecstatic about my sons new shoes they will be picking up tomorrow. Jennifer had extraordinary customer service and I could not be more thankful!
