no reason for any less than 5 stars- wish i could give more to the poor worker who was having a really bad day- as most in retail do with an hour til closing… she was soooo helpful- had a laugh & then she placed my order size n/a in store- wished her luck in her last hour or so & left store…
They never fail for my shoe experience. I have a 14 year old son who is growing rapidly and he's particularly funny about shoes food well everything but we found it at our favorite shoe store. We look famous on our feet if nowhere else
Went there for sneakers for my son. Found what he wanted and went to check out. Girl at register checked the sizes of both shoes. One shoe was different so we went back to look for the right on. The girl just flat out left us. So we did not get what we wanted. Not once did anyone ask us if we needed help. There is no customer service here. And again thanks for the help.
The store is Huge and I got an in store special on work shoes at $10 off the sticker and the on line price..I downloaded the app and got another 15% off a $50+ purchase..I am a guy so in and out in 10 minutes with good work shoes cheap definitely works for me...
Came to this place 2 times on a Sunday and both times it was closed before closing hours! It's 3pm and there's no sign on the door that says they were closed or nothing! Waste of time
I went in to pick up an order and was told I didn’t know what I ordered, I tried to explain the the manager that I ordered white Nike’s and that there was a mistake with my order.She raised her voice and told me that I was wrong and that since I didn’t know what I ordered and even though I didn’t order them I was willing to take them show her my id and the card used apple went through without authorization she didn’t allow me to do anything overall bad experience.I bought around 20 pairs of shoes here in the last 3 weeks and never seen this level of customer service.I get it your closing but I don’t work in customer service and never talk to anyone like that.Also want to add that I ordered it for pick the email clearly states photo id OR order number it didn’t see it was required.All in all the app froze charged me something I didn’t order and customer support hopefully helps.
Not a big selection on mens boots at this location. But workers are very friendly and helpful
