The gentleman that helped me was awesome he knew exactly what type of shoe I needed. He is the reason why I go to this store all the time.

Okay variety of shoes but horrible customer service, when I ask then about how their zipQuadpay work They just laugh and said you are the first person to ask about it, they really didn’t have knowledge about anything! I think they should teach their employers how certain things work instead of them laughing about it or ignoring their customers! And like always they only had one register open until they saw a line they open the other one

Did an online order for my daughter. Shoes were ready the same day. When we got to the store there was no wait. The lady helped us right away and we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Definitely will continue to order from here.

Terrible customer service at this store. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online and the shoes did not fit so i had to return them. She wanted to give me less money for my return. I told her that if i paid $40 for that one pair of shoes than my credit should be $40. Then she claimed she won't accept the boots because they were worn. I never wore them out i just tried on one boot to check the fit. I recommend you clean the soles of the shoes before you return them if you try on the shoes you buy online. Yes!! I think most people try on the shoes they buy online. They will inspect them like a hawk and if they see a speck of dirt they will not take them back. I just cleaned the sole of the one boot i tried on and returned them the next day.

This store is conveniently located inside the Outlet Shops, it offers discounted goods at good prices usually buy one get another item 50% off. Very large stock of brand shoes, sandals etc. They are military friendly and offer a 10% on all the items. If you subscribe to their mailing list they will send you discounts. Very friendly staff.

I was in this store Friday and Saturday. The manager Carlo's spent a lot of time with me. I have some problems with my feet and he explained what type of shoes would work best for me. He was very knowledgeable

Selection has gone downhill in the last couple of years. I suppose it's fine if you're looking for hoochie-mama shoes or old lady shoes. Not much in between. And they seem to have stopped carrying wide sizes.

Carlos was amazing. Got 5 pair of shoes and another special order delivered to the house for free! Carlos also padded kids shoes so they could fit now and grow into them later. Highly recommend!

Great place longline short-staffed on the floor. The floor staff person was not motivated to look for anything in the back. If it wasn't on the shelf she basically said they didn't have it. She was just pretty much standing around pretty disappointing

Lots of options but limited seating and mirrors. Staff let's you shop and make decisions for yourself.
