FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

Very nice selection of shoes and sneakers and Boots. Also Crocs. The store is well laid out and clean, the assistance was very helpful and pleasant. I purchased two pairs of sneakers and was able to receive a $20 discount on my purchase. That paid for the socks I bought. I was impressed with the selection that they had I was impressed with the prices. Their clearance rack was truly remarkable, the stuff on it really was worth buying unlike some clearance racks where you wouldn't buy anything on it. I highly recommend Famous Footwear.... Is also conveniently located and has plenty of good parking..

Store has a ok selection. Staff is very nice and professional. BUT WATCH your receipts! The cash registers have issues. I was approved for a credit card but the register would not accept the card they issued to me. So I just paid with my own money. Then when calling company to see what the issue was they had charged me over 450.00 on the card that wasn't even accepted ??? Then I was told they could not put my account to zero because they have to wait 2 weeks to see if the charges fall off or not. So I said the card was never accepted so how did they get on there in the first place. The store staff tried to help but nothing has been fixed yet.

Great choices and friendly staff

This was a fantastic store that has verities of shoes! This place obviously wasn't that exciting but I enjoyed how friendly the staff are, How organized the store is, and the variety of shoes. If I had to complain about one thing, I would complain about something that isn't even really their fault. I'd complain about how there are sizes for women that might have bigger feet than others. I haven't seen anything past an eight or nine. Maybe I just walked by it several times without noticing.

It's a Famous Footwear. If you've seen one you've seen them all. It's the staff that make the difference. My daughter ended up engaging most of the staff in a big game of Peekaboo/Hide and Seek Shes 3, which made it significantly easier for me to finish trying on shoes. Unfortunately they didn't fit so great once I left and have to bring them back. Staff remembered my daughter and made the shoe exchange seamless and easy.

I bought shoes before at this location, so I thought I'd try again. Today Halee was so helpful! She took the time and didn't rush me into making a decision! She helped me find a pair of New Balance and a pair of Saucony shoes and they fit so well and felt great. She even explained a return or exchange policy, how we can do an online order if they didn't carry the right size, so definitely ask for Halee if you need help. She's a great asset to this company! There was a guy I think his name was Justin, he didn't do much except for walk around jk lol

Women staff are very friendly, young male staff,needs customer service training. Mostly just a fixture in the store, no interactions with customers but their cellphone.

Was very happy with my purchase. Went in and was helped right away. The sales associate even asked if I wanted to try on my online order so she could see if they fit. Was very happy with the boots.
