FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

Great variety of brands, sizes, and looks of shoes! Pricey like all shoes are now, but there are good clearance sections for adults and children. There are hiking, running, casual, and dress shoes for adults and kids too. It can be difficult for women with wide feet to find casual shoes aimed at a younger demographic here but that's just sort of the case everywhere it seems.

Ya know ..I got nothing bad to say. Easy to try on because all the shoes are out on the floor no backroom or associate to check sizes usually have something that is attractive and fits.

The store was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I got to spin a wheele to get $$ off. I went in for work shoes and came out with some home shoes too. I'll go back.

Found the shoes I wanted, sandals Berk's...I wanted the all black ones, but at 170.00 it was higher than I wanted to pay, Famous Footwear had the black buckles one for a lot less, I think I will be happy with these, and they will last me a long time!...clerk was very helpful, and easy to get my bill done!!..Thanks

I'd give a higher rating but they never seem to have many shoes in my size. I believe they carry up to a size 11 but they have them mashed because they aren't available in every style. I think they can order them in your size but since you can't try them on, I never both because I don't know how they'll feel. My husband has had luck there but I prefer some of the shoe stores in the mall.

Great prices on sandals. They have some pretty good designer dupes. Found a pair of slide sandals that look exactly like the $200 + designer version for $29. Nice to have a shoe store that isn't located in the mall and never crowded.

Bought a pair of shoes and the cashier did not check the box to make sure both shoes were in there. Once I got home I realized that only one shoe was in the box and since I live an hour and a half away I called and asked if they could mail me the missing shoe. They said that they can’t ship shoes out “all Willy nilly” so now I have to make the time to drive an hour and a half away to get the other shoe. The kicker is when I mentioned this to my friend she said the same thing happened to her from the same store but they shipped her the missing shoe. Moral of the story is check your box for both shoes before leaving the store because the cashier won’t do it for you.

In a normal situation I would have given Famous Footwear a 3/5, but we got a great deal on a couple pairs of shoes. One pair was on clearance, and they allowed us to order another pair in from a different store- at the same LOW clearance price. I wouldn't have gone in if my partner hadn't suggested we go. Next time I am in need of a pair of shoes, they will be on my list of places to visit. For what it's worth, I usually get shoes online or in other non-shoe stores.

Great sales. Get the App before shopping. The clearance area generally yields bargains in almost every brand. The personnel are pleasant but not plentiful.

Understaffed on a Thursday at least. Only one person working on the floor. Management should always have at least two people on the floor to help keep customers served and their employees are not streached so thin and overworked.
