FAMOUS FOOTWEAR

I ended up with 2 left feet shoes inside the box and they didn't have the size I wanted for another pair.

I like going here cause the staff is friendly and helpful! Been here on several different occasions. I seem to get help from the same 2 girls all the time. Emily and Jenna at least I think that's their names. Very very helpful. Emily was very helpful in my shoe buying needs. It made it easier to purchase my vans and my soft squishy sandles! Thank you ladies, will be back for your help soon

Sometimes you find good stuff, sometimes you find NOTHING. This time it was NOTHING. Last time we found gold. 50/50. They are out of a lot of the popular kid sizes c'mon, Back to School is around the corner...I hope they have their stuff together for Tax-Free Weekend. Went to Foot Locker in Presidio and found everything we need and then some at extremely competitive prices.

Lots of options to choose from for my 4 kiddos. A lot of sizes were missing though, but I did visit the store shortly before school started. I was pleasantly surprised with discounts taken at the register and I will be returning for future shoe purchases!

Customer service has been kinda wild this year. I have always got my moving boxes from famous footwear stores and this specific store my last move. All of a sudden the manager doesn’t want to allow recycling to the community. I can’t think of a reason someone would willing want to not support their local community by helping them out. It’s not like I can ask the manger why either because she’s “never in” when I call and they won’t provide a time or day I can call to catch her there. Instead I will have to drive all the way to the famous footwear in euless instead of driving down the street to this location. The manager in Euless was BEYOND nice about proving boxes though. I’m very grateful for that. So bottom line, great customer service in Euless. I’d recommend that store over this one.

Pretty good selection. Good coupons so take advantage. Women's, kids and men's shoes. Nothing fancy. Mainly just casual shoes and sneakers.

I’d bought a pair of shoes as a gift from the tanger outlet location that unfortunately didn’t fit I was advised by the wonderful people there to go to this location since they had the size I needed. Immediately upon walking in the manager Kristin who couldn’t even be bothered to say hello snatched my bag to “hold up front” for the exchange that mind you was PAID for! I’d seen previous reviews about feeling profiled but won’t say more on the issue. I had every intention on spending more money since they had a much better selection on nicer shoes but I exchanged and got the hell out of there. Unacceptable behavior on the managers behalf but the other employees at checkout seemed professional and kind mannered at least.

Worst experience. This place must get a new manager because he doesn't know how to be a manager and he scream at the costumers. We are calling the district manager on him.

I have come here twice, now. This is my store- I cherish it. With all the choices in shoes, it can take some time to find the right ones. I'm a function kinda guy, so that's what I look for, with style certainly not out of the picture. So today I was looking for slip resistant shoes that are not ugly and won't break the bank. Now I admit that I did shop around a bit. I went to Wally's, Kohl's and Sketcher's Outlet without finding the right shoes. Finally, I came here. Ginger, the associate manager, is wonderful- friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I knew from my last visit to see her first thing, as she had found me struggling to find the right athletic shoe and rescued me immediately. So I just walked directly to her and told her what I needed. She gave me expert guidance and now I am one great pair if shoes and 12 pairs of socks the richer. BONUS: Ginger found me some great discounts. Loyal customer now
