Great staff there. Jordan, Curt, and Liddy hope I spelled y'alls names right were very knowledgeable, helped me get shoes for the whole family, and saved me a ton of money at the same time. They were fun to shop with. Thanks y'all!
Thank You to the employee at the Fenton, MO store who helped me find a pair of waterproof shoes today. They did fit the lady.
A lot of choices. A bit of a bankroll is needed here. No pesky sales people bugging you . They just stand there and smile.
They always have a good selection of crocs. My kids love crocs!
Very pricey...had a question about price sign placement...unfortunately manager disagreed with me. Cashier was friendly
I come here for all my kids shoe needs. I am never disappointed by these franchise stores
Great, always clean and friendly employees. Have a nice selection.
The prices of this footwear store weren't as bad as I thought they would be, but they also don't sell designer shoes. The shoes I purchased here were $20 cheaper here than on Amazon. Would highly recommend shoe shopping here if you're looking for quality and comfort for a decent price.
They did not have what I went in for. But... Then no one carries the Sketcher's Ankle High leather lace-up work shoe. It appears that it has disappeared off the face of the earth. The store thou was clean and the salesman was very nice and he did show me what they had in this type of shoe but all were of the tennis shoe type material. I may have to contact the Mtg. and try to buy them direct or have shipped order and ship to a company store. ??? Who is to say, what the fix is!
As we walked into Famous Footwear this evening, Kurt, the assistant manager, was very annoying. Customers would be going up to the front to ask the lady working questions and he would jump in and answer for her. He seems like a micromanager and should not be a manager. Kurt actually checked us out too, and he rang up our pair of shoes twice because apparently he was trying to get his register to work. My mom asked a simple question asking why he rang them up twice. Kurt’s response was rude by saying that he was trying to get his system to work and don’t get mad until the end. He may have been trying to be funny which his sense of humor sucks if so, but it was overall just rude. Kurt shouldn’t be a manager.
