FAMS is hands down the best place around for any custom apparel and orders. They are fast and very efficient. Zach and his staff do an excellent job of getting anything you need for your team or business. Their prices are by far the best. Any school/team, especially in Romeo and surrounding areas, should be using FAMS for all of their apparel orders.
Terrible experience! After placing a large online order and being told that embroidery for the jackets could be done in any color the individual wanted, they made the entire order white. Would not refund or make it right. Multiple people are disappointed with their order. Will not use again. They were super nice and easy to work with in the beginning and Zak became “annoyed” with us placings orders, adding on or just asking questions. Just wanted our business in the beginning and clearly didn’t want us to be continuing customers.
I recently placed my second shirt order with FAMS Printing. When I requested a quote for a shirt order, Zack got back to me within a couple of hours with a price and a proof with artwork. Once I placed our order of 42 shirts, they were ready within a week and a half. I’m very pleased with the customer service, as well as the quality of our shirts. I emailed a lot of questions throughout the process and they were all answered promptly. We will continue to use FAMS Printing in the future!
FAMS is great. They have their own clothing line Muskamu that I have shared with my friends and family and everyone loves it. I wear to work and traveling. Check it out. I started working without Zack on a larger purchase that required screen printing and embroidery a few years back. His recommendations on the material and design have surpassed my expectation and I have solely used them for the last 3 years on all projects from hats and shirts to sporting gear and business cards. They also have the best T-shirts for representing Michigan. They are that soft material and have coolest Michigan references. Washed them several times and they last.

I called a week ahead of time about embroidery on my daughter's varsity jacket, was told to "bring it in, no problem". Ok, cool!! I take my daughter, who was super excited to get her jacket done, only to be told that they only embroider on "ROMEO" jackets. I only wanted 2 varsity sports, her name and year of graduation, normal stuff, nothing out of the ordinary. So very disappointed in this store and the owners. I live in the area, sorry my kid does not go to the school of ""their"" choice, now I need to find a embroidery place not in my proximity, I will travel elsewhere, I'm sure my business will be appricated somewhere else!!!
As a previous customer of other apparel companies, these guys set the bar....very informative and great response time....quality workmanship and product delivery. Zack is the best and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend......
