Fancy Foot Spa

Been going there for years and now management changed. I got the worst massage,very unconsistant ,supposed to be an hour but I've been "lucky" to just get 40 mins. Was cold and the wrong music for the place. Payed and tipped $140 and man she was not happy. She had the oddacity to talk the foreign language to my friend saying that it's not enough and asked for more money.

I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute massage from this location. I read all the fine print and when I made my appointment I was sure to mention the Groupon. When I showed up, they did not have down that I had made an appointment and then told me they don’t accept Groupons anymore- even though just recently I saw they were still on Groupon! Their front desk staff was so unhelpful and called their manager who stated “you can pay cash for your service now and then ask Groupon for a refund.” In what world would i pay them cash when I already paid for this?? The manager refused to give me his name and his staff didn’t try to make anything better. They just said “we don’t take Groupon anymore.” Groupons have expiration dates and I get that, but mine hasn’t expired yet! They were rude, unhelpful and have BAD business practice.

The massage was great they know what they are doing very skilled very clean very friendly well priced easy to find i am going back for body massage ask for tom very skilled in massage some times you feel uneasy they make you feel comfortable right away even the most modest person would feel co.fortsble here i highly recomand it !!!!!
