Fancy Nails

My first time doing my toes here and Wendy was so rude from the beginning. She snatched the book of nail colors from my hand. She did not take the time on my pedicure at all. I was trying to tell her how I wanted my toes and spoke over me which is so rude. I am not getting my pedicure for free and should be treated well for what I’m paying for. They told me to sis down to get my nails and have me sitting here and someone comes it and start getting her nails done. Honestly the worse place to come for you nails. Worst experience. Not friendly at all, not kind, and disrespectful.

Q is the best, hands down. I’ve gone to many other places in the desert, many overpriced for not-so-great work. Every time I’ve come here for Q, he’s always done the best work!!! You can tell your nails are gonna be good when they actually measure them against each other, and clean up the cuticles. Can’t recommend him enough!!! I’ll be back next time PS-try the shade 254 for this beautiful jade green THANK YOU Q

I’ve gone to this specific location for years, I love Q, he is amazing! Super friendly, always makes you feel cared for and does such an amazing job!! He’s amazing with idea recommendations & goes above and beyond to make sure you leave happy! I can’t imagine a customer ever leaving unhappy from his services. I take my daughter here to do her nails all the time and they usually do a great job. Today they ignores my daughter's requests more then one time. The lady had her airpods in my daughter kept telling her to go shorter and she ignored and told her she would but instead she continued doing them and left them long . The nail tech kept looking at the clock and yes she was in a hurry and my daughter's nails weren't even close to what she requested. I think they just really took advantage of the fact that there was no adult in there.Services: Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming here for years, usually I have an okay experience. I’ve been hurt several times by techs trying to work too fast. But today they have me sitting waiting for a tech while the tech that was working on me moved on to de pedis.. After the sat two other people for acrylics I asked who I’m waiting for and they claim the tech working on me doesn’t know how to do square nails when she has already glued then and shaped them! I’ve been sitting here for almost thirty minutes for my fill and color!! I will be looking for a different place and I will be sharing this experience!Service: Acrylic nails
