Fannie May Chocolates

My mother and I have enjoyed Fannie May Candies for many years. I'm glad to see the store still there and their delicious variety of chocolates. It's a wonderful gift to give and to receive.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Recommend highly. Of course great candy also

I came in to get a pound of light creams and the lady put a Trinidad in there and I said no I only wanted a pound of light creams she said okay she knew what she was doing when I got to the register I paid I gave it to my dad for Christmas and he opened it and there were 3 Trinidad and other things that should have never been in a box for just light creams it really is ridiculous you go into a place you order something and you can't just get what you ordered almost $38 for a pound of this chocolate and now my dad's not even going to eat it because it's not what he wanted that's the only thing he likes from Fannie Mae is the light creams and the woman behind the counter just couldn't listen.

I always like going into Fannie May for my grandkids stocking stuffers and special chocolate gifts for friends and family. The ladies there are very helpful, and as sweet as the chocolate!

Great place for for all of your chocolate needs with a variety of options that comes in different chocolate colors. Reasonably priced and with their buy three pounds get the next pound for half off the price.

Went to Charles Street location yesterday to get a Christmas gift. The elder clerk ignored me & asked the guy who came in behind me if she could help him. I started to tell her I was there ahead of him which was abundently clear but; decided I didn't want to spend my money with someone who clearly didn't want to serve me so I walked out. Terrible customer service. 12/24/2021
