I called ahead to see if my teenager could get a haircut. The lady on the phone was very nice and told she could fit him in. We walked in, he got a haircut and was very happy with it. He was asked what he wanted and felt included. Price is ok for simple haircut, he didn't request anything difficult. I do recommend this place for boys.
The pictures speak for themselves. I thought I could lighten my own hair w a bleach wash... Clearly not! Stephanie, the owner was able to not only fix my mess up, but did not damage my hair at all in the process. I picked a color that I thought would have worked, but unfortunately, it was not dark enough. She contacted me personally the next morning and asked if I could come in that day so she could "make it right." She knew I wasn't thrilled w/ how it turned out and wanted me to be happy and love my hair. She added low-light foils that were darker, a chocolate brown plus more lighter highlights to give depth and dimension to my main. The finished product came out better than I imagined! I am so thankful she cares about her clients and how they look. She really enjoys doing hair and wants then to look and feel their best :
Walked in to make an appointment, received a date and time with a specific stylist, they took my phone number.. When I showed up for my appointment, the stylist didn't show that day. Only one person was working and she said I could come back. Why wasn't I notified??? What a waste of my time! I did not return. Plenty of other places to go!
I was somewhat surprised when I went to pay. The girl that did my hair which I really did like said to me. I think it's $9. To me I think all hair procedures should be posted on a board when you first walk in. I only asked to have my bangs cut and it was not posted on the paper as you walk in by the front desk. It just made me seem a little suspicious when she said I think. Did she actually charge me the right price or did she make it up? I thought according to the better Business bureau you have to list all prices and services for a business. That's what made me question it
My child had an 11:00 appointment. There was only one stylist working. We walk in at 11:00 sharp. She has a client in her chair. She greeted us and I told her we had an 11:00 appointment. She said “okay just have a seat and I will be right with you “. When she finished with the client in her chair I expected her to get my child since we had an 11:00 appointment and the other person waiting was also a walk in. She told the other person who was there before me but didn’t have an appointment that she was next! We walked out. I understood completely that she had to finish the kid in her chair but fully expected her to take my kid next because we had an appointment @11:00 and it was already 11:15. Poor customer service skills. If you are going to take people by first come first serve then you shouldn’t take appointments!
I’ve taken my son here a few times. I’ve always been able to call when they open to make an appointment for my son Last week one morning I called till 10:30 today I’m giving up at 9:45. I’m an epileptic so I don’t drive. I would have to walk with him to get there. I don’t want to get there just to be turned away you know? Super disappointed, my son loved going here.Service: Haircut
Got a bad haircut and wasn't listened to about my choice of a style. I even took in a picture of what I wanted. It's been a year since then so that stylist may be gone, but she was a manager.
Schedule an appointment on 1-2-22 Thank god Nicoll did my hair over the other staff girl VERY SLOW, WOOD HAVE BEEN THERE FOR HRS., Full head foil red looked great for a week now to light. yellowish look Was not worth $157.00 My be they should have put the neutralizer on. Don't know if I would go back. Other than that very friendly staff. But would of like my hair to come out better.Service: Hair highlighting
Elle cut my hair. I was attempting to grow it out and gave up. It was a mess and she turned it into a great style. She listened to exactly what I wanted. Took her time. Didn't rush. And took extra time to show my methods of styling. The owner was there was as well and her work looked great and she's very kind and patient with her clients. Very positive experience!Services: Haircut
