I have been going to this location for quite awhile, and for the most part, have walked out happy with the service, and cut results. My last cut was on Monday, 5/15/23 and I could kick myself for forgetting the Gal's name that cut my hair, because it was perfect! Today, however, was not the same. I was a walk-in, as I always am, and thus I am never in a rush, and expect to have to wait a reasonable time if they are busy. I arrived around 2:45 PM - 3:00 PM, and both Stylists were with Customers. I did not have to wait long10 -15 minutes, and was taken care of by the Blonde woman, who had just finished up with a little boy'sBlondehair cut. A male Customer walked in, whom I believe had an appointment, and she asked me if I had an appointment, and I said "No".  The Ad says Walk-ins Welcome, or call to book an Appointment. I told her I did not need a shampoo or conditioner, just to wet my hair and cut as usual, 1.5 inches off layers, length, frame face, and trim bangs. Same cut for my entire life! I was told by the Stylist, that she was going on vacation tomorrow, and couldn't wait so she would not have to listen to anyoneCustomers for 10 days. Uh, OK! So sorry to have messed up your day before vacation, by being a paying Customer, and causing you to have to do your job! First she snagged the hair on my nape with the clip of the cape she put on me, because she was in a rush, and then made a statement that my hair was matted and she needed to wet it down in the sink instead, to be able to comb through it. When I commented that it wasn't matted, just naturally curly, and she would see that once it was wet, she could easily comb through it, she snipped at me and said she has naturally curly hair too, and basically knew what she was talking about. Excuse me!!! My Hispanic naturally curly, coiled hair, is not like your Caucasian, naturally curly hair, Thank you! I told her I had a tint in my hair, in between colorings, and didn't want it to wash out, and that's why I didn't want my hair soaked in the sink. After that, I felt she rushed through my hair cut, and when I reminded her to frame my face, and cut my bangs, she reacted as if, "I Know", and when I asked her to cut my bangs a little shorter, she huffed, and responded they are going to bounce upyes I know, it's my hair!. More Customers walked in, and she asked them if they had appointments. When they said no, she started discouraging them from waiting, and was telling them they were busy, and so the wait time would be long. The shop does not close until 7:00 PM, it was only 3:30-3:45 PM. When she returned to me, and clipped my bangs shorter, I wanted to ask her to cut my layers shorter, but was afraid of the reaction I might get, so I paid and I did tip her, but not as much as I usually do, and left extremely disappointed. Her main focus was getting through the rest of the afternoon as fast as possible, to start her vacation! It was Not on Customer Service, nor Customer Satisfaction! Service has improved at this location.  The staff are more professional and  knowledgeable. I personally applaud ELEANOR.  I walked out of the salon very happy with my haircut. Thank you Eleanor! Great job!

Quality businessman's cut always.  They clean me up nicely.  Plus I love these gals' memories.  They literally remember my stories and social life making 2 months feel like it was yesterday.  They pointed out I was wearing the same t-shirt I wore my previous visit....oops!

My first time and I was fortunate to get Tia! I'm extremely happy with my cut. I was also impressed that she offered to trim my eyebrows. Most places I've been to never offer to go this extra step.  The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly and the place appeared to be very clean. I will go back and will book an appointment with Tia.

Young friendly stylists. While waiting, observed those getting cut and color all laughing and speaking with others in chairs. Its nice experience for this seniors quiet life. Katie gave me a Beautiful cut and root touch up.  Felt really good as i left. Look forward  to next trim.  marge

After being a customer of supercuts for a long time, I was turned away a haircut at supercuts, Because it was 4:30 PM, and they close at 5pm . When I went to Fantastic Sams, Not only were they priced $20 dollars cheaper , But the shampoo and conditioner was free, with every cut, I love this store, the ladies are so nice and welcoming  Even though they were closing in 10 minutes they still took me in and gave me a haircut. Now I don't go anywhere else besides Fantastic Sams, For a haircut. They're 100% honest and awesome..........   Or so I thought until I recently went back for a hair cut and some blonde haired lady told me they raised their prices by $5.00 when I called into complain to the assistant manager to ask if it was true, and they only raised their prices $2.00 dollars so that lady lied to me and over charged me so I'm not happy and won't be going their again that lady was out of line doing that to me..... I always tip over $10 dollars everytime I get a haircut, now I'm just gonna do it myself !!!!

I moved in the area and found my stylist Kyle Jo , I needed someone good with color for my ruby red look and they had to know how to blow dry super curly hair ,  could keep up with my regular maintenance including a Brazilian time to time ….and fit me in with my crazy work schedule !!!
