Chopped my hair beyond repair! Edit: thanks for your reply finally. I did reach out. 3 times in fact and no one has responded to me. I gave it 2 weeks to see if it could settle in or look better and it didn't. It just looked worse. These pics are 10 days after the cut. It's choppy it's uneven and it's butchered. So if you're going to ignore your clients until they finally post a review you're getting what you asked for. I would have loved to resolve this not in a public place but apparently that's what it takes to get your attention. Edit part 2: You obviously do not respond to all complaints because I reached out 3 times and didn't get a response. I gave you the opportunity to reach out to me before posting a public post weeks later. So the lengthy time to post is due to me being patient and proving your salon the opportunity to reply. At the end of the day Maria N. gave me a haircut that looks like a toddler taking craft scissors to a Barbie doll and I hope at very least she's reprimanded On top of that if you're going to have someone on the floor barking at your stylists to finish up to move to the next client and least make sure the client they are chopping on doesn't hear it It's very apparent you care about quantity over quality and I hope this review is seen by a lot of people wanting to take a risk on your cheap salon. You pay for what you get I suppose. It's also absolutely horrendous that you would try to say you don't know the true story. The true story is your stylist butchered my hair and you're an awful owner with awful management that only cares about moving people through the chairs like an assembly line.
This is a great shop to visit for quality cuts/shaves and color treatments. I love Danny he always makes look so styled and ready to go out on the town. We aways laugh and have a great time as he cuts my hair. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating and helpful. If you need to get some hairs cut in highlands ranch, look no further!!
Great experience here! Staff is very friendly; especially Jennifer B. A different salon had messed up my hair and Jennifer took the time to fix it and make sure I was happy with it. She was so sweet and kind the whole time- even though it turned out to be a bigger project than she was expecting. Definitely recommend!
Thank you to this business for quality service and management. I always get the results I desire and can say I am a happy customer. To my hair stylist, Maria Nungaray, who does amazing work, thank you for caring for my hair while vividly bringing it to life! Amazing work. Would recommend!
I had set up an appointment for my kiddo and I. I had first available for him and I requested Jennifer. I knew I was early and was willing to wait. Evelyn took my child and did their hair first which was great. But immediately took me. I didn't know what was going on. So I sat in her chair. In my appointment I asked for a cut and style. I got the the cut but I had to ask to blow dry my hair "more" and she didn't attempt to style it. She told me she didn't have time because she has an appointment coming in. I also still have conditioner in my hair from my included wash and it feels really gross in my hair. Needless to say, I am not happy with my cut or the lack of getting what I asked for when I made the appointment. Evelyn was really nice and all, but my appointment was not with her and I didn't get what I wanted. I felt very rushed and am inconvenience to the staff. ****************************************************************** Since my review, Cici the owner reached out to make things right. In the past I have seen Danny as well and Cici made sure Danny fixed my hair. I am beyond happy with my look and the promptness to fix all of this. Danny, hands down is the best and listens to what you want done to your hair!
Everyone at the salon is friendly and professional! Briana really listen to what my son wanted and delivered. Danny is the amazing as well he added a side cut design. They are awesome
Love going to Danny at Fantastic Sam he alway make me feel welcome and listen to what I want him to do. He never disappoints me and all his colleagues are very friendly.
Jen was so sweet, you can tell she’s passionate about her work! She is very attentioned to details and to her clients, thank you for my 10/10 bleach + cut. If you need color she is your girl!

Their goal is to get u in and fast They skip services listed. Otherwise you have to ask. One got annoyed because I wanted a bit more taken off the back. Became argumentative but said she would do it. She.said she didn't want to have to charge me for two haircuts..I will never return to this joint againService: Haircut
