Farabee's Jeep Rentals

We rented this Jeep for Labor Day and had so much fun!! It was super clean when we picked it upnot so much when we dropped it off and the tank was full. We started at soldier pass, then went to Broken Arrow, finishing with Devils Bridge. 4 adults and a front facing car seatwe brought fit perfect! We will definitely rent from Sedona Rent a Jeep when we come back! Oh and it rode so smooth that our son fell asleep!!

Fantastic experience! Jeff and Shawn are great people. They provide terrific service and share their knowledge of the trails. The Jeep was phenomenal! 5 out of 5 stars! Highly recommend! There are so many options when renting a jeep in Sedona. But after our experience with Sedona Rent-A-Jeep, there is no reason to consider anyone else. Jeff and Shawn made sure all paperwork was complete and questions were answered before we left home. So all we had to do once we got to Sedona was get in the Jeep and go! The Jeep handled the trails with ease even though it had just snowed, and things were slippery. Jeff took time out of his day to run a couple trails with us in the morning, and educated us about the trails available in the area, much appreciated!!. Shawn, we hope you’re feeling better, can’t wait to meet you and hope to do some wheeling with both of you next time we’re in Sedona. We will be back. Thank you Jeff and Shawn!

Their jeeps really were top of the line. Local’s constantly complimenting our 4x4. Was easy to drive on trails bc of all of the upgrades. Thanks to that every e was able to experience the fun of driving a trails! Jeff and Shawn really went over and above to help make our visit amazing.

If your looking to rent a jeep, I wouldn't recommend anywhere over this place! The wife and I had a great time. Equipment is top notch, all we really had to do was put it in gear and let the jeep do its thing. Jeff and Shawn are a pleasure to work with and accommodated above and beyond!

What great fun! If you're thinking about renting a Jeep while in Sedona...I highly recommend you do it and rent from Sedona Rent-A-Jeep. Jeff and Shawn were great and got us all set up with what we needed. Thanks again you two! The Jeep was an animal! My husband and I kept thinking no way could we go over that, yet we easily rolled over every rock, hill, stream, etc. that the trails gave us. It was scary, then absolutely exhilarating! Jeff was so helpful in recommending which trails to take and giving us a little mini lesson on the stick shift before we left. We got to see some beautiful country! The highlight of our trip to Sedona! Just do it.

Jeff and Shawn were awesome to work with. Not only did they deliver the jeep to where we were staying, but they also provided directions to a nice scenic drive with a secluded fishing hole, water and a cooler. The jeep was comfortable and easy to drive with no fear of where it could go. Definitely looking forward to taking it on some of the better trails next time! My wife and I had a blast along with our awesome dog! Why worry about having to pick up your jeep when it can be delivered and picked up where you are staying! Till next time!

Please beware of renting from this company. Late March my husband and I traveled to Sedona for a long weekend. We were in town for a short period of time and decided to rent a Jeep for the day to go out and see the sights. The first issue was with communication. Jeff from Sedona Rent a Jeep did respond via text but after several attempts to contact. Jeff did drop off the Jeep to our hotel parking lot. We took the jeep out with no problems for several hours we had rented it for 24 hours but did not use the entire time. Due to the heavy rain the area had experienced there was water and puddles on the dirt roads and of course the Jeep got mud on it. In the contract it does say to wash the Jeep and if the jeep is not washed it is a 100$ fee. Due to the limited time, we had in Sedona we texted Jeff around 4pm and said we were done with the jeep. We did not take it to the car wash and opted to just pay the fee. Jeff said that he would not be there to pick it up until the next day. We noticed the jeep was still in the parking lot until at least 4pm the following day. The issues then began once we were home after several days. Almost a week later there was a charge for over 7500$ on our American Express. Of course, as soon as I saw the charge, I reached out to Sedona Rent a jeep via email, text, and phone to inquire about this charge as I imagined it was mistake. They however did not respond quickly. Once they did respond it was via email with google screen shots of how much a roof and paint cost and blurry pictures of a muddy jeep at a car wash at night. Their claim is that the mud ruined the bumper, roof and paint. Of we immediately filed a dispute with American Express, along with contacting the insurance department through our credit card. Additionally, we filed a BBB complaint. Fast forward, and they have not responded to any of the above. I have asked several times per the insurance company for a detailed copy or invoice of the damage from a body shop to which we have not yet seen this document. Then last month nearly 4 months after our 8-hour rental, they charged our American Express card again for another 7800$ with the only response being an invoice stating that the amount has been charged. For those keeping score we are now over 16,000 charged to our card from Sedona Rent a Jeep for an 8 hour rental. They again have not responded to the BBB. I had been waiting to write this review until this was settled, as it is still on going, however, I have noticed that there were other reviews on google and the BBB that seemed to be similar stories. Because of that I wanted to be sure that anyone thinking of renting form Sedona Rent a Jeep has a very large credit limit on their credit card, because you will need it. The other reviews that stated that they were easy to work with and easy to communicate with must have communicated with a whole different set of people, because Jeff and Shawn have NOT been easy to communicate with at all. $16,000 for mud on a jeep seems to be extremely excessive amount of money. RENTER BEWARE!!!

We highly recommend renting a Jeep from Sedona Rent-A Jeep. Both Sean and Jeff, the owners, were easy to work with, gave us a good deal and helpful on letting us know the best trails to take the jeep on. We were able to see beautiful scenic areas that our group would not have been able to get to without the Jeep. When we return to Sedona, we will definitely be renting from them again! I highly recommend them! They are amazing and accommodating! They called me back when none of the other rental places answered! They deliver and pick up the rental which is so convenient! The Jeep we rented was beautiful, clean and had all the extras needed for driving on off road rough terrain! I love that the owners are local! You cannot go wrong with renting through this company!
