Had the seafood platter quite tasty kind of a cool outside bar along with outside seating also inside seating I would say the restaurant is very affordable and the food is pretty good they also have the ability to do big parties like a banquet hall great bar atmosphere good service overall I would definitely check it out they have parking in the front and a lot in the back.
After setting at the table we waited 20 minutes before anyone helped us. After placing our drink and appetizer order we waited another 15 minutes then came our app but still no drinks. Finally after we were half way done with the app the drinks came. She proceeded to take it food order and we never seen her again until we called for her to come and give refills. 45 minutes later we still had no food and have only seen our waitress twice. 60 minutes into setting it meal finally came and my burger was not right and I received fries even though I ordered tots. The waitress acted sad if we were bothering her by being there. She only had three tables and neglected us badly. I don't know if I can recommend anyone eating there. Food is great, atmosphere is nice, just noisy, but aren't all pubs? Male waiter has an attitude but the other waitresses are kind Parking: Plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant and the sides
Came for an early dinner. Ordered fried pickles,nachos , fried calamari , a cheeseburger and a veggie panini. All very good! Our server was great and food came out quickly. We will be back for more this week.

My experience was very unpleasant today the employees were very obnoxious they were rude didn't smile they had smart remarks and they told me I was cut off and that was for no reason I don't think I'll be going there again and by the way their food sucks
Not so hidden secret on Nantucket. The Fairgrounds Restaurant is 5 star ++ The food was excellent and the service was amazingly great. Kim and Max and the entire staff impressed me. The only problem is Kim is a Bills fan and I’m die hard Patriots. I will be back and I will recommend this place to everyone.
First time I have ever been here and I will not be back! Food was very bland. When placing my order I ordered white toast, waitress was talking to other people at another table and apparently heard it as wheat. Not too big of a deal- as wheat toast is ok, just not what I had ordered. There was a lack of checking to make sure we had everything we needed. And then when it came to getting the check I finally had to ask for it as we had sat for 15 minutes without eating anything and waitresses had walked by several times without asking if we needed anything. My BIGGEST issue however came to paying the bill and getting the change back. I have NEVER had a restaurant not give back the cents when giving change but that is what happened. I was due back $23.49 and was given $23... Now 49 cents isn't much, however it was MY money that this establishment just kept.
