Farm-City Pro Rodeo

About

Farm-City Pro Rodeo August 7th-10th 2019 at the Eastern Oregon Trade & Event Center.

Description

FCPR held it's first professional rodeo in 1988. Each year the rodeo has continued to host top rate contestants, livestock and contract personnel — timers, secretaries, specialty-act performers, bullfighters and pickup men. Our Board of Directors and vast organization of volunteers have worked diligently to pool their resources once again this year to produce a top-notch local rodeo and continues to host the best in professional rodeo action as cowboys compete for points to take them to the biggest rodeo of all, the National Finals Rodeo, held each year in December in Las Vegas. The goal of everyone involved is to present the best and most profitable PRCA rodeo possible.

The Farm-City Pro Rodeo consists of four action packed performances where timed event contestants compete on two head of livestock. The first run will take place in slack in the afternoon and the second run will be during that nights performance. The rough stock events will all take place during the night performances and will be one ride only. Monies earned at the Farm-City Pro Rodeo are crucial to making the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, NV in December.

First time here but and a bit smaller than rodeos I've been to in the past. On the pricey side in my opinion but worth going to overall.
Was awesome like every year. This year there was a thunderstorm but they still finished the rodeo even though people didn't stay to watch the whole thing it still happened. We had an amazing time even though the weather was not ideal. They still put on a good show!
Some wonderful dancing horses performed at the "Mother's Day" rodeo at the EEOTC. I was late for the bull riding. I didn't approve of riders drinking beer at the railings and carrying beer on the saddles into the arena. There were some fights in the crowd and some people seemed to have had a lot of beer roaming thru the crowd and on the horses. I was surprised that the presentation of awards for the horse performance did not take place? I was disappointed that the Farm-City Pro Rodeo ended the way it did.
Got my tickets for the Farm-City Pro Rodeo office today. They were very helpful in helping us to choose the right seats for us. Thanks!
Great rodeo but can we please higher a different announcer his voice is so dry and bland
This was truly a family affair. Very well ran rodeo and Randy, the announcer, made it the best.
Great venue for an awesome rodeo!
Nice and fun Rodeo
Great announcer, great bucking stock, good roping, good entertainment.
My only wish in life is to have 10 rating stars for the Farm City Rodeo.
