Made an appointment for my son. Showed up and they were closed. No call. Nothing. Tried calling and couldn't get through to anyone. Reached out on messenger and they said they tried to call me but I have no missed calls from them. Taking my son somewhere else.

The doctor and staff did an excellent job with our kids. The layout is kid and family friendly. Highly recommend.

My grandson's first appointment at this office was so awful I contacted the board of dentistry over the treatment. I had a bad feeling about the place as when we walked in to the room we saw one of the hygienists playing with the cleaning tool. The hygienist didn't take the time to do anything correctly which leads me to believe they want as much money as possible for the lowest amount of work. She hurt his mouth and he has had nightmares following his visit to this "dental office". He cried when he had to go to his pediatrician and has been asking my daughter in law why she let her hurt him. He is now scared of all healthcare professionals. Other reviews state they have lied and hurt much others as well. I would think she and Dr. Collett/Farmer would be trying to make things better between themselves and their patients who are defenseless little children. They have some of the worst office staff as well and one good look at their Facebook page reveals they are needing new receptionists often.

Took my son to them and they said he had two Abscessed teeth, that needed to be pulled. Took him to a different dentist his teeth where fine. The other dentist showed me pictures of the X-rays. They have lied to a lot of people it is best to get a second opinion. They have destroyed my child’s teeth. Put him to sleep said they where going to fix 2 teeth my child came out completely different with 4 silver caps said that he had cavities in between his teeth. When he had seen two different dentist they did not say that. They are all about the money.

This is an awful place. My 6-year old son came here for a dental cleaning. When he was finished, his shirt and face were soaked with water, and toothpaste was on his shirt as well. They accused him of drinking too much soda and soft drinks, even though the past time I told the staff that he did not drink sugary drinks.  He said the hygienist hurt his gums with the cleaning tool and his gums were as red as tomatoes. To say the least, we are NOT coming back to Farmer Pediatric Dentistry again!

This dentist office is MORE than worth any travel that you have to do to get there.  The office staff are friendly, attentive, and work very well with young children.  The dentist himself is awesome with children as well.  My son who was usually a nervous dental kid blossomed with Dr. Farmer and his wonderful team.

I started bringing my daughter here a couple years ag . Best atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and amazing. Dr Farmer is the best. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my girl. It's a wonderful Christian atmosphere

my 9 year old son was brought here for teeth cleaning and was accused of chewing tobacco by the nurse and dentist. This was insulting and vey unprofessional. I don't recommend this place to anyone and will be going elsewhere from now on.

The staff are always fantastic,  and always make my kid feel very comfortable and welcomed whenever you're there. They are all so caring, and would highly recommend Dr. Farmer

Best place ever very nice staff great dentist guy he has done surgery on both on kids all around the best an I'm driving from Floyd county KY to hazard with all kind of dental around my home but I recommend this place out of all.
