The customer sales rep were great and also very helpful over the phone but the delivery guys damaged the bed then lied about it, the bedroom set is great and love it but the quality of the wood just isn't great and heavy duty it breaks easily and I haven't even had this set two months yet wished the quality of the wood were thicker and heavy duty, did a follow-up about the damages the delivery guys done, they came out and took pics and that took forever to do and I still haven't heard anything back and here it is the side of the bed broke with the box spring and there isn't any heavy activity on the bed for it to break!!! I just would like a heavy duty bedroom set instead of the one I have

My sales lady was great always present but there delivery guys need to learn customer service and how to load a dryer without damaging the exhaust outlet and the carpet in the back of my suv.

I walked in with one agenda and it was to go home with a clothes dryer I was satisfied with. From the moment I walked in til I walked out my needs were met. Great customer service at the door, I didn’t have any doubts regarding my purchase. My purchase was easy without any problems at all. Always been wonderful service. Tharius at the Moultrie location is a blessing. They weren’t able to process a transaction due to their system being down one day, but yet they still ordered an additional appliance on their truck just for us because they trusted us to come back and pay for it. I’m all about having trust in these matters. There is no doubt that these people aren’t trustworthy in their actions. Working with them is amazing and we have never made large furniture purchases elsewhere. You have to check them out!

After spending more than 1.45 hour choosing the right furniture for my house, having spoken with the saleswoman and the manager, the prices that they gave me in the office were not the same as for the apartment that had the furniture advertised and after I made up my mind and They had offered me a discount that is announced with the date and time, they tell me that the whole store will have the discount except the furniture I wanted and there was not sale or special price on it, they gave me reasons that made no sense and I had to leave the store without the furniture and I lost everything my time that I could have used to go somewhere else. They do not know their products or the offers they offer, all a lack of respect and professionalism. Completely disappointed, I never thought to go through an experience like this. And all this in the presence of other employees and customers.

Ok just to start out me and my boyfriend was getting aggravated with everyday life n being able to pay our bill to farmers cause he was out of work for 3 months and we got behind with me being the only one working but then there comes Mrs.Lisa at the Farmers store in Moultrie so sweet and understanding and she worked with me till I was able to get my little chest freezer the other day...I love it I haven't got it plugged in yet cause I don't have the money to put anything in it yet but excited and thankful for Mrs.Lisa and I praise my good Lord for his little blessings
