All of the staff I’ve come in contact with was very polite and helpful every time that I’ve come here, they even let my son play with the balloons from the their sales display. I had an issue with being charged twice I changed my mind and decided to put one back and was accidentally charged for both they were very polite and giving me a credit and helping load a twin sized mattress in my car to avoid the delivery fee. The items I did have delivered were delivered within 5 days and only took less than a hour to put together. I will definitely be back.
Thank you Farmer for the great customer service. I bought a TV set and it comes with a door that looks different level each other. I call the store and the manager text me I send a photo. He graciously send a person that fix the issue. That's a wonderfull customer service. Thank you.

Fast delivery right on time and a little bit earlier which was great. No time at all my table was put together and the chairs to match. The technicians were very hospitable and kind. No problems.
Best place to purchase from I got a huge living set but it was yo bug for my living room the guys at Farmers in winder was so helpful great place if I need more furniture in the future I will go here.
My husband and i were greeted at the door.We came in to look at day beds and the salesman took us to the available stock. Liked what we saw went to his desk and less than 5 minutes later was paying for my daybed and mattress. No pressure sales very clean and nicely arranged furniture thru out the store.Picked up my items the next week. Was greeted at door walked to customer services told them my name and few minutes later my items were on the delivery dock and loaded on my truck. Highly recommended
If I could give zero stars i would. Came in to spend thousands in cash and because I live a little out of there service area they wouldn't deliver. Guess I'll take my business to another company

I don’t know who answered their phone in the sales department but they were very rude. I knew exactly what I wanted. Just wanted to make sure they had it before I came up there. They said no and hung up. No well we can order it or we have this instead. Nothing.
