Farmers Home Furniture

Since we have moved to Elberton we have made several furniture purchases. All of them have been at Farmers Furniture! Three recliners, a LR set, washer & dryer, a full bedroom set with mattress and box springs. The staff is almost courteous, helpful and professional. Highly recommend them for bedroom furniture, living room furniture, appliances and everything else they offer.

The furniture is great, I specifically ask for a delivery date on a Wednesday because I am off work and was not delivered on the date I wanted.

I have bought 2 recliners, living room suit, 2 washing machines, lift chair, an a freezer. Dresser an a dresser drawer. An stove. I'm happy with what I bought. Never had any problems. Also bought 3 kids recliners an a few Christmas toys.

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Blessed me with 2 beautiful lamps to going along with my beautiful new sectional and impulse chair. I love Farmer's Furniture in Elberton Georgia.

I worked for Farmers so my review is that they don't treat employees fair. Too much turn over especially in management and sales. My experience was they do decorate the showroom nice but don't do a good job on customer service. Managers really have no control on what they do or not. They are a Key Holder directed by the regional manager who is over approximately 12 stores. They punish there Credit Manager like a child if goals of delinquent accounts are not made. They also punish sales associates like children if sales goals aren't made by taking away opportunity of sales away by just bringing in another sales associate and offering false promises. This always hurts there commissions and they pretty much let a sales associate starve until they resign. Sales associate can't do much to please the customer without going to the Manager. And the Manager can't please the customer without going to the regional so by the time you follow the chain of command and get intouch with the regional, it's too late and customer leaves. Then the regional fusses at the manager and tells them to call the customer back. Then your punished again because the customer don't come back. You have good employees at Farmers but a Monkey runs the show from a telephone with few visits to the store.

Katy was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I was able to get it delivered and the guys did a great job.

Love my new table. It fits perfectly!!

Quite courteous & timely. A recliner I ordered was delivered earlier than presumed to my benefit b/c my older one was tattered & broken. The two gentlemen that delivered it were kind & quick. Highly recommended 5/5
